Only 30 mins away from Granada Airport and 1 hour and 30 mins from Malaga Airport. Whilst the house is secluded and private it is only mins from a new tarmac road, leading to Montefrio. A truly perfect location to experience Andalucia and its nearby coastal towns.

Because of the various levels of this country house it is not suitable for wheelchair users.

The outside areas include 5 sun sun terraces, 3 shaded areas, a built in BBQ with outside fridge. All areas surround the swimming pool which is in the middle of the courtyard. Surrounded by breathtaking views over mountains and olive groves. There is a large car park for quests to use.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is about 1 hour and 30 mins away to Malaga, Torremolinos and Nerja. Nearby Iznajar Lake offers popular lakeside beaches, swimming and water sports.
Golf
Granada golf course is approx 40 mins drive away.
Skiing
The beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains and ski resort are about an hour and 30 mins away.
Special interest holidays
The Country House is ideally situated for self guided walking and cycling. Horse riding is available for country trekking only 5 mins away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Granada which is approx 35 mins away, Malaga Airport is about 1 hour and 30 mins away. Low cost car hire is available at both airports.
Distances
The beautiful white washed town of Montefrio is only 5 mins drive away, the larger town of Alcala La Real is 20 mins away. The famous City of Granada famous for the Alhambra is 40 mins dive away, where you will find cosmopolitan restaurants and lots of high class shops. Cordoba with its stunning Moorish Mosque is about 1 hour and 30 mins drive away.
Further details
Montefrio has a local English speaking tourist office with lots of helpful information. In Montefrio you will find lots of tapas bars, restaurants, supermarkets and lots of banks. There are some wonderful historical sites of prehistoric excavated village, the ancient dolmans and a secluded rock pool all in and around Montefrio.
The city of Granada famous for the Alhambra and offers lots of culture and beautiful architecture as well as a vibrant nightlife.

A 50% deposit is required on confirmation of booking and the balance is payable 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
