This ground floor apartment is situated in a small peaceful village with local restaurants/cafes/bars, bakery, butchers, banks and chemist. There are stunning views from the roof terrace, overlooking orange groves and mountains. The private roof top has 2 swimming pools with children sections, and its own roof terrace. Its a short drive away to the beaches of Guardamar (blue flag) and La Marina. This small low rise (ground and first floor) development enjoys a friendly relaxed atmosphere. It has a front patio and balcony, and a rear patio, to catch the sun all day. Alicante and Murcia Airports are 30 min drive away. Guardamar is a busy resort with cafes, shops and market. Almoradi is a town close by (5 mins) with every facility, large supermarkets, cafes, banks, and pretty square, lined with trees, and a church.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels provided, sorry no beach towels. A deposit of 90 euros is payable to the keyholder, in return for the key, 50 euros is a breakage deposit, which is refunded to you after the keyholder has checked it. 40 euros is for the departure clean. |

No smoking in apartment, only permitted on balconies/patios.
Small children to be supervised at all time in pool and on roof terrace. Ideal for families and couples. Sorry no pets.

Coast/Beach
Guardamar 10 mins drive, miles of golden sand, sand dunes and walks.
La Marina 10 mins drive miles of golden sand.
Golf
La Finca 10km. La Marquesa 3km. Villamartin and Las Ramblas 20 min drive.
Travel
Alicante and Murcia approx 30 mins away. Car hire advisable, easy to arrange at airport.
Distances
The village is 5 mins walk. Rojales 3km. Benijofar 5 mins by car. Guardamar 10 mins by car. Almoradi 5 mins by car (large supermarket). Torrevieja (Tourist town) 20 mins by car.
