New 'silent' ducted, inverter air-conditioning unit recently installed, which provides efficient heating in winter months.
Accommodation is flexible allowing for families and couples alike.
Large lounge/dining area has plenty of room for fast moving small children! The separate kitchen and utility area also has a small bench with 2 stools for a quick snack.

Accessibility
There are 2 steps at the front of the property which would restrict access. However the single bedroom is on the ground floor with washbasin and wc. Single step to pool area.

Small, tiled and gravelled front garden and tiled back yard. 2 glass topped patio sets with shades on balcony and rooftop solarium. Solarium is completely private and has sea views and day long sunshine.
Coast/Beach
5 mins driving time to La Zenia beach with 10 - 15 mins drive to Cabo Roig and Campoamor beaches. Local beaches are sandy and golden with a nice mix of beach bars and cafes.
Golf
3 local courses from 10 - 25 mins drive; Las Ramblas, Real Campoamor and Villamartin.
Travel
Alicante airport is a 30 mins drive and Murcia 20 mins. Access via inland motorway or coast road. To enjoy all the beaches and facilities, car hire is recommended. Local airport transfers can be arranged.
Distances
5 mins drive to Torrevieja, 15 mins to Habaneras shopping centre, 40 mins to La Manga.

Mercadona supermarket is 5 mins walk with small shopping area (Eroski centre) 2 mins drive away. Shops and restaurants including English, Chinese and Indian cuisine can be found here.
