Air-conditioning to four bedrooms, and fans in studio and living rooms. Suitable for children under supervision. The main terrace with the swimming pool has gates to the other terraces and to outside but the swimming pool is not fenced. Three baby gates are available for use at the house.

Accessibility
The property is not adapted for wheelchair users. As long as people are used to negotiating a two storey house, then this house will be suitable for them. However, a car is a must. It is a 25 minute up and down walk into the village.
Outside
Private swimming pool - 30 sq.m. Does not need heating in July and August, a perfect temperature for cooling off! Four terraces for dining and sun-bathing with tables, chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas etc. Gas BBQ.
Coast/Beach
Lakeside beach with beach bar 5 mins drive. Coastal beaches approximately one hour's drive.
Golf
Antequera 18 hole golf course - 40 mins drive.
Travel
Granada Airport - 45 mins. Malaga Airport - 1 hour. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Iznajar - 5 mins drive. Rute - 15 mins. Malaga - 1 hour. Cordoba and Granada - 1.25 hours. Seville - 2 hours. Ronda - 1.5hours. Gibraltar - 2 hours.
Further details
Iznajar village is a white, Andalucian village, perched on an outcrop of rock with commanding views across the lake. It has an eighth century moorish castle, which is at present undergoing renovation and a fifteenth century church. There are numerous bars, cafes and restaurants in Iznajar and within easy reach. Iznajar has two small supermarkets, various grocery stores, three butchers, a fish market and a bakery. A large Mercadona supermarket is situated 15 mins drive away in the town of Rute. Iznajar health centre has 24 hour access and there are also two pharmacies in the village and a post office.
Booking notes
Available for the months of July / August only. 25% non-refundable deposit with booking. Balance 2 weeks before commencement of holiday. A £100 cash deposit will be requested at the start of the holiday and held to cover breakages, damage etc. This will be returned in the form of a cheque after the holiday has ended, once the property has been inspected.
