Casa Feliz is a modern 2 bedroom house on a pleasant well maintained area of Gran Alicant on the Costa Blanca. This is a residents only private area which can only be accessed through secure automatic gates. It has its own large residents only swimming pool, small children's pool and full time life guard. Benefits from full central heating and air-conditioning. 10 minutes to Santa Pola a traditional Spanish seaside resort, marina, unspoilt beaches, restaurants, shops and great market. The house offers all the creature comforts; open plan lounge, dining area, through to a fitted kitchen with washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. The front patio offers excellent outdoor dining area for those long summer evenings. Rear balcony to watch the sun go down on the wooded ravine.

30% non refundable deposit on reservation, balance 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. A returnable security deposit of £150 should be sent with the final payment.
Electricity is metered, reasonable dependant on usage of air -conditioning.

Coast/Beach
There are many excellent beaches to choose from Santa Pola, Alicante and Benidorm all within easy reach. Market off Santa Pola beach Sunday evenings.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses within 10-20 min drive from our apartment in Gran Alicant.
Alenda Golf is located 20 minutes away on the Alicante-Madrid road. Alicante Golf has 6 par 5's, par 4's and par 3's, it is Ballesteros designed course located near the beach and is just 25 minutes away. El Plantio Golf is the only one in the region that has 2 golf courses, an 18 hole and 9 hole and is just 10 mins away. The Bonalba course is located in the mountains overlooking the Mediterranean. Villa Martin, La Campoamor and the challenging Los Ramblos, La finca (near Algorfo) are all only 30 mins away.
Travel
Alicante Airport is within easy reach, just 10 minutes away. Pickup and return can be arranged by caretakers for just 15 euros each way. Optional car hire also available.
Further details
Gran Alacant is an urbanisation occupied by people of many nationalities. A quiet location and very well served with a large supermarket. Just 5 minutes by car to massive local supermarkets. There is a diverse selection of restaurants such as Spanish, British, Indian, Chinese, Steak houses, pizza houses all offering good priced meals with some providing take aways. Bars and banks can all be found within a 5 minute walk. There is a local market on Thursday in Gran Alacant and a really large one in Santa Pola on Saturday and Monday.
