The apartment has a spacious lounge with sofa and double sofa bed, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, separate utility room, 2 bedrooms (double and twin) with fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and separate shower room. It also benefits from an air conditioning/heating system, underground garage space and the complex boasts 2 large communal pools in gardens. The resort also has tennis courts, an on-site bar/cafe and a small commercial centre (currently under construction).

Coast/Beach
Aguilas town is a truly Spanish one, away from the hustle and bustle of modern tourism, but offering excellent shopping facilities, a lively harbour, marina and fishing port. Beautiful sandy beaches surround the town and the weekly market is the best in the area. Aguilas is the most famous in Spain for the colourful Mardi Gras Fiesta, with celebrations lasting well over a week each year. Calabardina is one of the most natural, unspoilt areas in the region; an absolute delight.
Golf
The Valle del Este Resort golf course offers a mixture of well playable holes and holes that represent a real challenge even for the experienced golfer. A spectacular characteristic is the tees which are all positioned on small raised raised platforms surrounded by volcanic rock, wide, generous fairways. 2 'The Desert Springs Golf Club' is the first true Arizona, California (Palm Springs) style desert Golf Course in Europe. 3 The Marina Golf Mojacar course.

San Juan de los Terreros - Just a few kilometres along the coast south of Aguilas lies this idyllic area nestling between the hills and the sandy beaches fringing the Mediterranean. With a handful of restaurants, bars and shops San Juan has been a favourite holiday destination for discerning Spanish people seeking a peaceful and tranquil beach location.
Mojacar Pueblo is one of the oldest villages in Spain; traditionally Moorish in style the Pueblo with its narrow winding streets nestles into the hillside with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the coastline. Mojacar Playa is a 3 mile stretch of coastline extending from the Cabo de gata National Park to the fishing town of Garrucha. The Playa offers a wealth of hotels, shops, restaurants and golf course at Marina de la Torre. Mojacar has always been a popular location for the British and has a good British community.
Puerto Rey and Vera Playa - Bordered by miles of unspoilt sandy beaches, this area is a must for all beach lovers. With a good selection of local shops, supermarkets and restaurants, Garrucha is just a 10 minute stroll along the promenade. A short drive inland reveals the towns/villages of Vera and Turre with a good selection of shops and – of course the ever popular weekly markets!
The Costa Calida is to the south of the Costa Blanca and is in the province of Murcia, 1 hour and 10 minutes south from Alicante but close to Murcia airport. Here you enjoy the best of both worlds the Garden of Spain and some of the finest unpolluted seas and unspoilt beaches in Europe it bolts onto the back of the Blanca's EEC Blue Flag Award.
