Los Jardines de don Carlos is a new development completed in July 2003. It is situated 7km from Marbella and a 25 minute drive from Malaga airport. A short stroll away is the beautiful Las Chapas beach where there are a wide range of nautical activities and beach bars. The area is surrounded by 5 star hotels, shops and restaurants. There are golf courses, tennis and horse-riding near by with endless towns and villages to visit including the famous Puerto Banus (10 minutes). The development was designed by the architect reknowned for the Kapinski and Puento Romano Hotels and is set in a beautiful, tropical environment with 3 pools, waterfalls, gym and sauna. The community is gated and has 24 hour security. The apartment is designed with the highest specification of equipment and furniture and is relaxed and contemporary. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. There is a covered, planted verandah overlooking one of the small pools.

Changeover day
Saturday changeover and we would ask you to vacate by 11.00am to allow incoming guests to arrive at 3.00pm.

The accommodation has 24 hour security, underground parking.
It has air conditioning and heating throughout and is ideal for use all year round.
As it is gated it is a secure haven for children.
Outside
A fantastic holiday location. Ideal for families and couples alike with 5 star facilities. The development is friendly yet never overcrowded. The gardens are reknowned for their mature planting and are beautifully lit at night. Cascading waterfalls and pools add to this exceptional landscape. The pools are individual in their positioning and the apartments' verandah overlooks the small pool.
Coast/Beach
Las Chapas beach is aproximately 250m and is reknowned for its clean golden sand. The Don Carlos Hotel beach and bar has its famous Sunday Jazz Brunch throughout the holiday season.
Beach bars include Laurel, Pearl and The Beach House. Cabopino Port is also walkable for those with more energy. Nikki beach has four poster sun beds, evening beach fires, imported white sand and 5* facilities throughout including Nikki and Silks Restaurant.
Golf
There are numerous competition golf courses all within an easy drive. Santa Maria and Rio Real are on the door step. There is golf for all pockets all year round. We are happy to let to golfers and families alike for long weekend breaks.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada is a mere 2 hours drive away so it is possible to have sun, sea and snow.
Travel
Malaga airport is 25 minutes away.
Car hire is available locally or at the airport and although it is not essential it is advisable. We can organise guests to be picked up and dropped off at the airport if required.
Distances
Marbella 7km.
Puerto Banus 12km.
The white town of Casares and Ronda are an easy drive.
The 2 hour drive to the Granada/Alhambra Palace is well worth while.
Further details
There are an abundance of local Supermarkets, banks, shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. La Canada shopping complex is only a few minutes by car and has everything you could ever need on your holidays.

Deposit of half fee on confirmed booking with balance due 2 weeks before arrival. Payments to be made to Spanish bank account.
A small fully refundable deposit for breakages will be taken locally.
