Five bedroom modern design house. Situated in Vallpineda, quiet area just 2 mins from the picturesque village of Sitges. Very light and spacious living room on ground floor. Walk through living room into fully equipped ultra modern kitchen. Sliding patio doors open up onto terrace and barbecue area. To the left of the entrance door is the sun/study room which opens up onto the terrace and swimming pool area. Downstairs is the laundry room. 1st floor has two double bedrooms, one with twin beds which has a shower room next to it, and the other with bunk beds. There are also two single bedrooms, a very large family bathroom with bath, shower and double sink unit. The 2nd floor has the main en-suite bedroom with walk in wardrobe, and wet room. There is a private terrace with stunning views of the village of Sitges. The outdoor area consists of a garden which gets the sun all day long, swimming pool with terrace and barbecue area with terrace.

Changeover day
Saturday is changeover day. Departure time 12am. Arrival time 4pm. We will be flexible on these times and day if needed.

The Villa is on a flat piece of land. There are 8 stairs at the entrance of the villa.
Outside
There is a south facing garden. Swimming pool, with wooden terrace for sunbathing. Terrace with dining table for outdoor dining and barbecue. There are a range of sunbathing and relaxing chairs.
Coast/Beach
Sitges is the most fashionable and popular resort on the Garraf coast with both Spanish and foreigners a like. Sitges enjoys some of the best restaurants in Catalunya, the night life is fabulous, the beaches are second to none, and there is fantastic shopping in the village. Also, it is only 30 mins from the centre of Barcelona and 20 mins from the airport. It is most definitely a great place to enjoy a perfect holiday.
Golf
The Terramar golf course of Sitges is approx 3km away this is a large and well known course.
Travel
Barcelona, El prat airport 20 mins by car - pick up drop off can be arranged. Hire car recommended. Reus airport 40 mins by car.

Barcelona 30 mins.
Booking notes
A deposit of 30% is required at time of booking to secure reservation. 1500 euros is required as deposit for breakages to be returned at the end of stay when all is confirmed OK.
