This Apartment is in a prime position on the Valle Del Este Golf Course. Which is an 18 hole champion course, one of the best in the area. This is a 2nd (top) floor apartment. It has fantastic views overlooking 11th and 13th fairway. There are restaurants, bars, internet cafe, small supermarket, newsagents close by at the Commercial Centre also at Hotel Valle Del Este, you will find a very good Spa and fitness centre. There are 4 swimming pools available, plus a children’s pool.

Outside
This is 2nd floor apartment (top). The terrace has a table and 4 chairs. There are 2 sun loungers available for use on the terrace or poolside. There are 4 pools plus 1 for children. Also, a larger pool which can be used at the Hotel Valle del Esta.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches at Mojacar and Vera Playa are just 10 mins drive, where you will find great beach restaurants and are not too crowded. There is also a Aqua park close by, plus horse riding, go-karting plus many other activities.
Golf
The Valle del Este golf course opened in 2002 and was designed by José Canales, who integrated the course into the surrounding landscape by making use of indigenous vegetation. There is a good combination of very challenging holes, with other less strenuous holes. The course design and setting make it quite spectacular. The tees are particularly noteworthy, positioned on small raised platforms surrounded by volcanic rock. The fairways are wide and there are a lot of large sand bunkers on the course as well as 3 lakes and several waterfalls. All in all, a real challenge for players of all levels. (18 holes, Par 71). Driving range, putting and chipping greens, lessons, pro shop, restaurant, clubhouse. Also available is paddle tennis.
Skiing
We are just 2 hours away from Sierra Nevada, where you'll find great skiing!
Travel
Nearest airport is Almeria, which is about 45 minutes away, also flight available to San Javier (Murcia) which is just over an 1hr and Alicante- about 2 hours.
Distances
The beaches of Mojacar, Vera and Garuccha are 10 minutes by car.
Booking notes
We require 50% deposit to secure your booking and full payment no less than 6 weeks before departure. A separate cheque of £100 with final payment, any damage, breakage or missing items eg: loss of keys etc will be deducted from this. After inspection and all in order the cheque will be return within 2 weeks of stay.
