This beautiful apartment is overlooking the fantastic gardens and pool as seen in the photos. It is decorated and furnished to the very highest of standards and benefits from a brand new fully fitted kitchen, air-conditioning/heating and satelite TV. Wi-fi internet access is also available for those who wish to use laptops or smartphones to connect to the internet. The apartment has access to the balcony from both bedrooms and the lounge which makes it ideal to relax with a glass of sangria while you catch the last of the evening sun. We can arrange group bookings as we have 4 apartments available on Manilva Beach.

Dining area with table and 4 chairs which is easily accessible from the kitchen. Lounge area has 2 leather sofas, TV, DVD/CD player and double sliding doors which lead out onto the balcony.
Clean towels and linen are included. If you require a change of linen and fresh towels during your stay this can be arranged at the time of booking for an additional cost. Beach towels are also available.

This apartment and complex is designed to also facilitate people with mobility problems. There is lift access from the underground car park to all floors.
Beautiful gardens with a nice large pool as seen in photos. There is also a kiddies pool. Sun shades and sun loungers are also available in the garden for sunbathing and relaxation. Communal shower facilities are available on the ground level.
Important notes on accommodation
There is a table and 4 chairs on the balcony which is ideal for eating outside. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony outside the apartment. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. This apartment is suitable for children.

Flexible changeover day.
A £100 deposit will be required to secure a booking with the remainder payable 8 weeks before travel. A security deposit of £100 against breakages and damage may be required with final payment. This will be fully refundable if the apartment is all in order after your stay and the keys have been safely returned. On arrival there is a €50 charge which covers the clean of the apartment after your stay.

About the area
The beach is just a 2/3 minute walk from the apartment. The beach is a nice clean sandy blue flag beach ideal for sunbathing and the kids. There is also 2 beach bars which do food and drinks. There are many other blue flag beaches to choose from, all are just a short drive from the apartment.
This apartment is a one minute drive from Duquesa Golf course. There are many golf courses along this stretch of coast which gives excellent variety to golfers. Please visit my website for further information.
The Sierra Nevada mountains are a 3 hour drive from the apartment.
How to get there
Malaga Airport - 50 minutes, Gibraltar Airport - 20 minutes. Car hire or use of car is recommended.
There is a bus service just below the complex.
Duquesa - 2 minute drive, Sabinallas -2 minute drive, Estepona - 10 minute drive, Puerto Banus - 20 minute drive, Marbella - 20 minute drive, Ronda - 1 hr drive. Please visit my website for further information.
Duquesa is full of nice places to eat. There are lots of restaurants around the port and they are open all day and late at night. There is a cash point in Duquesa. There are also Lots of bars and a night club in Duquesa. There are several banks in Sabinallas. There is a supermarket 1 minute from the apartment. If you go to Sabinallas then there is choice of several supermarkets including Lidl's. For more information on places to visit please visit my website.

About the Owner
My wife, I and our two sons Spencer and Tristan live in Devon.
I am originally from Cork in Ireland. I moved to Devon in 1996.
I am currently the President of this holiday complex so it is my responsibility to make sure that the complex, the gardens and communal facilities are all clean and well kept. Being an owner on this complex I really want it to be one of the best holiday complexes along the Costa Del Sol.
My wife Tshidi is from South Africa and we met in 2004 through work.
We got married in 2006.
We really want guests to enjoy our apartment and we take a lot of time to make sure everything is in order.
We take a lot of pride in our apartment and how we manage our bookings.
If you decide to book with us we will make sure you are well looked after.

Why this location?
The beach is just a 2 minute walk and the complex is fantastic with a big pool, beautiful gardens, sunbeds and shades. There is so much to do in this area and as many times as we visit we are always finding new places to visit and new things to do. This area is really central and is ideal for anyone who wants to visit this part of Spain. There are several beach bars within a 5 minute walk from the apartment which are great for food and drinks. These beach bars also have sun beds if you fancy a relaxing time on the beach. There are many surrounding golf courses if you are into golf.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
The apartment has beautiful garden and hill views. There are also partial views to the sea. It is ideal for relaxing on the terrace or by the pool, We have our own care taker who looks after the complex and he lives on site with his wife. Underground parking is ideal as your car is kept safe and it is also nice and cool during the hot summer months. There is lift access from the underground parking straight up to the apartment.
