This beautiful villa has a separate apartment in the garden, so can sleep a total of 12 people, 8 in the Villa and 4 in the apartment, so ideal for two families to share. The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, master bedroom with en-suite. Second bedroom has twin beds plus two pull out beds ideal for children. The third bedroom has a double bed. Family bathroom with bath/shower facilities. Lounge with 3 large sofas, sat. TV. Video/DVD player. Log fire for winter. Fully fitted kitchen with large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave etc. Separate utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer. Glazed Naya with a leather suite and dinning table which seats 8 people, hostess trolley, office with internet connection available. Outside kitchen/bar loads of seating. Apartment has double bedroom, 2 sofas, (1 bed settee) small kitchen and bathroom. Landscaped gardens, electric gate, alarm system many extras ideal holiday home, great location 5 mins to shops etc.

Notes on prices
Summer lets - air con is an optional £70 per week for villa (this is available in all bedrooms, and villa lounge). Winter lets - logs are option extra £20 per week. If another clean is required in middle of stay this is charged extra as well. 50 euros for villa and 20 euros for apartment would be charged by local cleaner. Car Hire can also be arranged if required. Private taxis can also be arranged if required.
Changeover day
The changeover day is normally a Saturday, but we can be flexible according to bookings. Tenants can take possession from 4pm and we would ask you to leave by 10 am. (Please contact us if this is a problem and we will try to help)

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa will be cleaned ready for your arrival. If a mid-stay clean is required this can be arranged and paid for separately. Adequate laundry is provided on arrival. Beach towels are not provided. Please do not use villa towels for the beach. |
Notes on accommodation
If air conditioning is required this is charged at an extra £70.00. per week. (available in all bedrooms and villa lounge)
Suitable for children and families. Clients should take care with children around the swimming pool and garden area.
Clients should also take out their own personal insurance, as the villa owners will not take responsibility for any accidents.
This is a non-smoking villa and apartment, but smoking is fine outside in grounds. Car Hire is recommended, we can arrange this for you at very good prices. We can also arrange private collection to and from the airport at an extra cost, please just ask we are here to help. Walking time into Dolores town 15 minutes, 5 minutes by car. Hot tub is set at 36 degrees, a great way to relax and enjoy your holiday. Owners available 24hrs 7 days a week just call, we run a local estate agents in Dolores and are always on call.

Accessibility
The Villa and Swimming Pool are elevated by approx 1 metre so wheelchair clients would need to be assisted in and out of the property. Once inside the villa there are no steps. The apartment is on the flat with no steps. The swimming pool has a shallow end going down to approx 6 foot at the deep end, please always take car with children around the pool.
Outside
The beautiful 10x5m private elevated private swimming pool is accessed by a few wide steps. Large patio area, courtyard with jacuzzi and seating. Large bar with stools, fridge, storage and electric boiler. sink and drainer. Dining area with table and chairs plus spare table and chairs, ample room for everyone to seat. Gazebo with sofa and chairs and cushions. Gas BBQ. The landscaped gardens has loads of plants and palms. Pets are welcome providing the owners clean up after them, we have a gated area with 2 kennels which can be used. Ample parking. Car hire is essential (this can be arranged for you if required). Electric gate, telephone entry system and alarm system in place.
Plenty of room for the children to play, the plot is fenced and gated all around with electric gate, so children cannot get out.
Coast/Beach
There are several beaches located just 15 to 20 minutes away by car, La Marina which has lovely golden sands also there is a campside which you can pay to go into daily and the children will have a great time.
Santa Pola is just 20 minutes away, with lots of bars, boat trips, also you have Guardamar beach again lovely, all beaches have life guards through the summer months.
Torrevieja is also a nice place to visit this has a rocky beach, shops and street market every evening, plus funfair.
Golf
There are several golf courses in the area. If you just want a 9 hole you can go to Greenlands which is just 15 minutes away by car, its just 25 euros per round, there is also a golf range where you can have a bucket of balls for just 2 euros. For the more serious golfer you have La Finca is in Algorfa just 5-10 minutes away by car. This is a new course and the professionals play here, There is also Ample shops, garden centre here so plenty for the ladies to do, markets, bars chemists, doctors are available just 5 minutes from the villa. There is also a 24 hour medical centre in Dolores so no problems there.
Special interest holidays
Horse riding is available just up the road. Coach trips also available from La Marina or Quesda, Taxis available, all you have to do is ask, Coaches go to Bendiorm, Theme parks, waterparks etc every week sometimes twice a week in peek season. Just ask for details.
There is also a Safi park in Elche, which is a great day out for the children you can go round the park on a train, have your photo taken with an Elephant or a Snake. Watch a great Elephant show, everyone loves this place.
Travel
The Villa is just 30 minutes from either Alicante or Murcia Airport, car hire is available from the airport, and again we can arrange this for you at very good rates, we would just need your flight details and times.
We can also arrange private collection to and from the airport, again just let us know your requirements.
Distances
Dolores town is just 5 minutes by car, loads of shops, bars, etc. plus a Friday market.
Catral is just 5 minutes by car again loads of shops, etc and a Saturday market.
Almoradi is 10 minutes away, this is a bigger town with a Saturday market.
If you fancy a train ride the station is just 10 minutes away in San Isidro you can go to either Alicante or Murcia, both trips about 1 hour, see the port of Alicante and stroll around the shops. Murcia has a big shopping centre including Primark & Ikea

Elche is a good day out, all the shoe factories, loads of bargains girls (shoes and handbags), we can give you more details when you arrive.
Booking notes
Pay a deposit of £200 per week which is not refundable. Balance within 8 weeks of travel. Clients must take out their own Travel and Personal Insurance (Villa owners will not be responsible for this). We will also require a £250 breakage deposit, which will be returnable providing no damage/breakages has occurred. (This deposit is required on your arrival or with balance of accommodation).
