This beautiful luxurious villa has been designed to cater for your every need. It is furnished to the highest specification allowing you to relax and thoroughly enjoy the wonderful golf, spectacular days out and guaranteed sunshine. Villa Oasis accommodates 6-8 people seeking both summer and winter sun. It has all the necessary requirements and more including 3 wonderful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Due to it's excellent location with a large corner setting there is plenty of space for you to enjoy including a BBQ, terrace and crystal clear private pool. There is ample outdoor seating ideal for alfresco dining or a glass of wine as you watch the sunset. A ‘Guide to the Area’ is left at the property providing you with information on the resort, golf, places of interests, shopping and local restaurants. There is lots to explore. Travel time is minimal with the ability to be sitting by the pool enjoying the sunshine in less than 30 minutes. An ideal way to start your holiday.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. A cleaning fee of €90 will be charged and is paid locally to our keyholder.

| Bedrooms: | All bedrooms have beds that can ether be twin or doubles depending upon your need. Each room has fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning, furnished to the highest standard. The master bed has vaulted ceilings and French doors leading to the terrace. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathrooms designed for luxury with tiling throughout and include in the master en-suite a power shower, spa bath, his 'n hers sinks/vanity units, wc, bidet, heated towel rail. There is also a shower room with power shower, sink/vanity unit, bidet, wc. |
| Kitchen: | A modern fully equipped kitchen with attractive and amble work surfaces/cupboards for all you budding cooks. There is a fan assisted combi oven, halogen hob, extractor, large American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster. |
| Utility Room: | Accessed from the kitchen with washing machine/tumble dryer, sink with cupboard and work surface space, gas boiler, iron/ironing board, mop bucket and clothes dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | The large lounge/dining area is an impressive sight with high vaulted ceilings leading to triple French doors that open out on a patio area and private pool. There is ample seating with beautiful leather couches with TV and cable for your entertainment. |
| Other: | The dining area has a large oak table with 6 leather chairs which is fully equipped with beautiful crockery and cutlery. The room is spacious and light creating a relaxed atmosphere. Al fresco dining is also available with the large terrace & BBQ. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included. Towels are for villa use only and guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. A cleaning service can be provided if this is required at an extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa has gas central heating and air-conditioning throughout ensuring comfort no matter whatever time of year you choose, making it perfect for either the summer months or skiing in the winter. The accommodation has something for all the family. As well as the private pool and large corner setting to play, sunbathe or soak in the views from there are numerous play areas in the complex itself which is perfect for the children to enjoy. La Torre is just a short complimentary bus journey away and has many other facilities including a gym, restaurants, bars, spa and treatments to help while away the hours and go home feeling relaxed and pampered.
In order to ensure that you find the villa in excellent condition we respectively ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside. Ashtrays have been provided for outside use.
A welcome pack can be provided at a nominal additional charge and we provide a meet and greet service upon arrival to the villa.

Accessibility
Villa Oasis has been built with comfort and ease in mind. It is built on one level with easy access ensured inside and out for those who have walking difficulties.
Outside
Outside we have a medium sized swimming pool perfect for jumping into after a hard day's shopping, golf or simply lying in the sun. There is a covered terrace area with a brick built barbecue allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sunset as you eat alfresco upon the table and chairs that have been provided for you.
Coast/Beach
For the beach lover there are plenty to choose from and all are easily accessible by car. The list includes Mar Menor - a blue flagged beach which is extensive in size and 20 mins away.
Los Alcazares which has won the famous Q Awards for their high standards offering warm shallow waters and fine sand plus many restaurants, bars and play areas 15 mins away.
San Pedro del Pinatar - 25 mins drive with therapeutic mud baths.
La Manga and its famous strip - 30 mins.
Torrevieja - 30 mins.
Golf
Imagine a holiday in which you can play high quality golf on 4 wonderful courses in close proximity for reduced green fees with transportation provided in a warm climate both in the summer and winter months.
Villa Oasis provides this with access to The Jack Nicklaus Trail
which includes La Torre (18 championship course), El Valle (18 hole) Mar Menor, (9 holes) Hacienda golf courses. Each course is individually landscaped to create its own set of unique challenges but is designed to suit golfers at all levels. The El Valle course has 18 holes, is par 71 and has four tees with a subtle desert feel to it. It has lakes, streams, small waterfalls and groups of bunkers all surrounded by rocks and
abundant native vegetation which makes this course one of the great challenges of the Nicklaus Golf Trail. It is fast becoming one of the most prestigious trails to complete and has been described as the best golf course in Murcia.

Special interest holidays
The Murcia region is perfect for a range of activities due to its excellent location and fantastic natural amenities. It has a wealth of sandy beaches a short drive away which are easily accessible by a comprehensive road and motorway network. This is ideal for water sport enthusiasts who can participate in fishing, sailing, windsurfing and swimming. Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. The promenade makes it ideal for walking and other activities that are available are horse riding and cycling. For the person who wants adventure the villa is a stone’s throw from the mountains which can accommodate rock climbing, hiking and mountain bike cycling.
Travel
El Valle is in an excellent location for airports with 2 on your doorstep thus keeping travel time to a minimum. Both are serviced by low budget airports and a bargain can always be found.
San Javier is 15 mins drive away and Alicante is 50 mins away. Both have excellent road and motorway connections making the journey easy to make. Directions from San Javier can be provided and it is recommended that you hire a car in advance from your chosen airport.

Booking notes
20% deposit is required when making the booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £200 is required upon full payment and is refundable depending upon there is no loss or damage incurred.

Sue & Malcolm: 5th - 19th July 08 We had a lovely time at Villa Oasis, it was perfect for a really relaxing family holiday. The pool kept the kids happy, so we could relax too. The resort is very nice, and with it having the supermarket in the centre, you could get frozen things back to the villa & into the freezer without worrying that they might defrost. Having the filtered water and the ice cube maker was brilliant, the kids loved it. We also went to the beach at Los Alcazares several times. The lovely sand and the shallow warm water is great for little kids.
