There is a patio area immediately outside the apartment in which to sit and barbecue while viewing the gardens. Select bars, restaurants shops and bank are within a short walk with the popular Villa Martin Square of 30 bars/restaurants a 5 min drive. Beautiful fine sandy beaches awarded the Blue Flag by E.U. Regulators are a 10 min drive. These include Playa Flamenca, La Zena, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Mill Palmeras, etc. There are 3 International Golf Courses in the area, Villa Martin, Campoamor Las Ramblas offering one of the best choices for golf in the Mediterranean area. This small complex is 50 mins from Alicante airport or 20 mins from Murcia San Javier airport.

Notes on accommodation
Cost includes electric and water. Car hire is recommended to appreciate the area but is not essential as facilities are within walking distance and English speaking taxi drivers do operate in the area if required.
Accessibility
Ground floor with only 2 steps into the apartment and close to parking. There are ramps alongside any other steps on the complex.
Outside
Beautiful landscaped established gardens with 20m swimming pool available all year on the complex. There is a patio area at the front of the apartment with table, chairs, parasol and a barbecue.
Coast/Beach
There are many beautiful fine sandy beaches within a 10 minute drive of the apartment. These include the Blue Flag European Awarded Beaches of Playa Flamenca, La Zena, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Mill Palmeras.
Golf
Renowned International Golf Courses Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas are a 5 minute drive from the apartment.
Travel
Murcia (San Javier) is the closest airport 20 mins drive. Alicante is 50 mins drive. Car Hire is available at the airport, it is not essential but recommended. Directions to the apartment will be given. Transfer from the airport can be arranged.
Distances
The vibrant town of Torrevieja is 20 mins drive. La Manga is approx 40 miles away. Mud Baths of Mar Menor approx 15 mins. Many local markets are within 5 - 20 min drive. Villa Martin Square, La Plaza with its 30 bars/restaurants is 5 mins drive.
Further details
Select bars/restaurants, shops and bank a short walk away. There is lots to do for couples and families, including Horse Riding, go karts, bowling, water sports, spa bath, themed water park. cycling etc.
Booking notes
Prices include electric, water and cleaning. The price is inclusive of a £50 non-refundable booking deposit. A £50 damage deposit is payable which will be refunded when the keys are returned if no damage to the apartment or contents has been caused during your stay. No pets.
