There are 2 spacious bedrooms, a living room with dining table for 6 people and all mod-cons including fully fitted kitchen, Satellite TV and DVD player. This is a perfect holiday flat in which to enjoy the Costa Tropical.

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with matching double wardrobe and bedside furniture. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be put together. Both bedrooms have overhead fans and stand-alone heaters for Winter. |
| Bathrooms: | Marble bathroom with adjoining separate wc which contains a washing machine. |
| Kitchen: | Newly installed kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. An iron, ironing table and washing rack are also available. |
| Living Rooms: | The large, airy lounge benefits from patio doors on 3 sides which lead out onto the terraces and have unbroken sea views. There are two large sofas (one is a sofabed) and a dining area with table and 6 chairs, television, CD stereo and DVD player. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels (including beach towels) and linen are included. These are changed after every rental. |
Notes on accommodation
This is an ideal family rental apartment, with plenty of outdoor terrace space and play areas both in the complex and town of Almunecar. The apartment is set on a hillside overlooking the town of Almunecar, so there are cooling breezes throughout the Summer. One swimming pool is 50m from the flat, and both pools have lifeguards throughout the summer period.

Accessibility
Please note that there is no wheelchair access to the flat, which is situated on the hillside by staircase.
Outside
The apartment is within a new landscaped hillside complex, with gardens and waterfalls. This complex overlooks the coastal town of Almunecar. There are two large swimming pools with lifeguards, one within 50 metres of the flat. The main pool is an infinity pool overlooking the sea. We have provided sunbeds, loungers, a hammock, gas BBQ and a dining table and 8 chairs on the terraces. There is also patio furniture for sitting out in the evening.
Coast/Beach
Tresorillo Beach is 2 mins downhill from the flat by car, or 10 mins walking distance away. This area is renowned for its tropical micro climate, and there are a multitude of water sports such as scuba diving, windsurfing, sailing and jet ski, to choose from here. The water park is 5 mins from the flat by car.
Skiing
The historic town of Granada and its Sierra Nevada ski slopes are 55 minutes drive away. It is therefore possible to visit the ski resort and beach in the same day.
Travel
Malaga Airport is 50 minutes drive along the E-15 N-340 coastal motorway. Granada Airport is approximately one hour by car from the apartment. We do recommend hiring a car to explore the beautiful Costa Tropical and travel from the airports.
Distances
The flat is situated 15 mins by car from the picturesque town of Salobrena, and only 10 mins from La Herradura and its beautiful Marina Del Este. Granada and the Alpujarra mountains are less than an hour to the North. We highly recommend the mountainous old road to Granada, known locally as the site of the 'Last Sigh of the Moor', followed by a trip to see the world-famous Alhambra Palace. Nerja is a 30 minute car journey along the coast, and the caves nearby make an interesting trip.
Further details
Almunecar is a seaside town which has beaches, a water park, hilltop castle, bird park and many good Spanish restaurants and bars along the beachfront promenade. There are also horse riding, mountain walking and biking activities available in the surrounding area. We have left local information in a folder in the flat for our guests.
