This apartment is on a hill overlooking Roses, the bay and the harbour. You can watch the fishing boats coming back with their daily catch and buy fish directly from them in the harbour shops, just minutes away. It is in a calm situation and, despite being near the many shops and restaurants, it has easy parking.

Changeover day
Saturday changeover during July and August.

| Kitchen: | Separate kitchen includes gas cooker with oven and hob. Fridge-freezer. Washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious living room with TV, DVD, CD players. Comfortable settee and chairs, plus additional settee converts to bed if necessary (for additional 2 people). Living room looks onto the conservatory and stunning views over the whole bay and harbour. |
| Other: | There are plenty of cupboards in the entrance hall and the living room, as well as the fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels can be provided at an extra charge. The apartment is cleaned between rentals although additional cleaning can be arranged to suit your needs. Clients are expected to provide own beach towels. |

Booking notes
Deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation to secure the booking. The remainder is due in cash on arrival including, at the same time, the charge for hire of linen/towels if this is required and cleaning.
