If you're having a golfing break or a family holiday our villa has everything for a great stay. To cool you down there's your very own pool, but if the sun gets too hot for you there's a covered outdoor area with furniture, sun loungers and a BBQ. The Clubhouse with shopping facilities is just a short walk away. A resort bus service which links with the other Polaris resorts is available with full supermarket available at La Torre golf resort (5 min ride). The living room boasts high vaulted ceilings and is luxuriously furnished to an exquisite standard. For your safety the resort is gated and has 24 hour security.

The beautiful local beaches of the Mar Menor (Europe's largest inland sea) are 20 minutes drive away. Many local Spanish fishing villages and restaurants can be found along the coastline.
Golf
Resident's discount of 40% applies to golf played on all Polaris courses - currently El Valle, Mar Menor and La Torre. Free courtesy shuttle bus provided to convey you between the resorts.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the Grenada Mountain Range approx 2 hours drive away.
Travel
Murcia (San Javier) 25km / 15 mins drive. Alicante 80km / 45 mins drive. Car hire is strongly recommended and easily available at local airports.
Distances
Murcia City Centre is a mere 15 mins drive away. The local towns of Balsicas, Roldan, Los Martinez and Sucina provide a wealth of local cultures and restaurants to learn more about the Spanish way of life.
