The villa is set in an open area with uninterrupted views of Mojacar and Garrucha. It has gardens to the front and side of the house with a large drive way and electric gates. There are numerous terraces to enjoy the sun or plenty of shaded areas if you prefer. To the back of the house is a court yard with a fountain. In the garden area you will find the swimming pool (10x5) and child’s pool there are lockable gates to the pool to keep young children from entering unsupervised. The games room houses a pool table and bar area, with a large shower room for ease of use when using the pool. Inside the house is large and spacious, there is English TV, DVD, CD and an iPod docking station. Open kitchen dining area leading to a marble staircase to the 3 upstairs bedrooms all with on suites. The master bedroom is on the ground floor with a large on suite bathroom.

The changeover is flexible as flights to the area are now daily.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom has a king size bed.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds.
Each room has air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and en-suite (bedroom 1 with large en-suite).
Bathrooms: En-suite to master bedroom has 2 sinks, large walk-in glass block shower, bath, toilet and bidet.
En-suite bedroom 2 has a sink, shower and WC.
En-suite to bedrooms 3 and 4 have a sink, shower and toilet.
Downstairs closet has toilet and sink.
Kitchen: Open plan kitchen with granite work surfaces and pale lemon units, dish washer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob, large fridge/freezer and windows looking onto the garden and terraces. To the side of the kitchen is the breakfast dining area.
Utility Room: Sink and washing machine.
Living Rooms: Large and spacious with English TV, DVD and video. There is a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa. Two large patio doors lead to the terraces. The main dining room is upstairs where you can access the upstairs terraces.
Other: The games room has a 7 foot pool table. Bar area with fridge and microwave. The shower room has a multi head body shower WC and a sink. Ideal to use for getting changed for the pool.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen is included and changed every 7 days (a spare set is left to change over) towels are provided for the bathrooms but not for the beach. The property is cleaned on arrival and departure. Mid cleans can be arranged but are charged.

Notes on accommodation
The house has full installation of air conditioning and also has central heating for the winter months. Toys are provided for younger children and a selection of videos and DVDs for them to watch on a spare TV.

Accessibility
The master bedroom is on the ground floor with easy access to outside. There are 2 steps to enter the property.

Outside
Outside are lockable gates to restrict access to the pool. Sun loungers are around the pool area. The swimming pool is 10x5m (shallow end 80cm deep end 120cm) and has a child’s pool 4x4m 60cm depth. Matured gardens with palm trees surround the pool area.

There are shaded and uncovered terraces to the front and rear of the property with tables and chairs for dining. There is a gas BBQ that can be positioned anywhere on the terraces. There are patio doors from all rooms leading to the terraces. To the back of the house is a walled courtyard with bay trees and a fountain.

Coast/Beach
The beaches of Mojacar, Garrucha and Vera Playa are 15 mins drive uncrowded and unpsoilt with miles of coastline. 25 minutes away are the famous beaches of Cabo de Gata and San Juan de los Terreros.

Golf
Valle de Este 18 hole course is 5 mins away. Desert Springs 18 hole course is 20 mins away. Cortijo Grande 9 hole course is 10 mins away. and Marina de Torre 18 hole course is 15 mins away.

Special interest holidays
Horse riding is available for a maximum of 2 people per day for rides of 1-2 hours.

Travel
Almeria airport is 85k away (approx 50 mins). Murcia airport is 110k away (approx 1 hour). Alicante airport is 180k away (aprox 2 hour).

Distances
Nearest village of Los Gallardos is 5 mins by car. Bedar 15 mins, is a typical Spanish village loved by artists worldwide. Mojacar Village 15 mins, a Moorish hilltop viilage steeped in history dating back to the doomsday book a must to visit. Garrucha the fishing village 15 mins. Vera town 20 mins still has the traditional bull ring that you can visit during the day.

Further details
Leisure activities include Diving, Water Ski-ing, Quad Treks, Go-Karting, Horse Riding, Golf, Bowls, Mini Hollywood. Restaurants there are too many to mention but in the house is a full guide book to the area.

Booking notes
20% deposit is required to secure the booking, booking confirmation is sent by e-mail, then 6 weeks prior to arrival the balance is to be paid. A security deposit of £150 is also required.
