There are spectacular views from the terrace of the Mediterrean Sea, Golf course, Gibraltar and North Africa.
Activities on site include the 18 hole golf course and driving range, 2 Tennis Courts, 2 Paddle Tennis Courts, a Gym, Sauna, Squash Courts, a Restaurant and Bar.

Changeover day
We would prefer a Saturday to Saturday changeover although we would accept alternate changeover days subject to availability.

Notes on accommodation
The property is on the ground floor with a garden and has easy access to the pool. The air-conditioning generates both hot (for cooler months) and cold air (for summer).
There is plenty of information at the apartment for things to do, visit, restaurants, beaches etc.
Accessibility
The property is on the ground floor which provides good wheelchair access and there is a lift from the underground car park to the apartment. The apartment overlooks the swimming pool which can be accessed via graduated steps from the other pool entrance. Access to the swimming pool not suitable for people with severe walking disabilities.
Outside
The terrace and garden overlooks the shared 21 metre swimming pool. There is a table and 4 chairs with 2 sunbeds on the terrace. The garden is a good size and there are kumquat, orange and lemon trees planted.
Coast/Beach
The beaches of the Costa del Sol are easily accessible with San Pedro beach within 5 minutes drive from the apartment.
Golf
The property is on the Los Arqueros golf course. There are many other championship golf courses within a short drive from the apartment.
Skiing
Travel time to the Sierra Nevada ski resort is under 2 hours by car.
Travel
Both Gibralter and Malaga airport are 40 minutes drive on the new motorway. Jerez and Seville airports are about 2 hours drive. Car hire is strongly recommended.
Distances
San Pedro is the nearest town which is about 5 minutes drive. It has many bars and restaurants and a beautiful beach promenade.
Marbella and Puerto Banus are 15 and 10 minutes drive away.
Places of interest include Ronda(45 mins), Seville(2 hours), Gibralter(45 minutes), Mijas(20 mins), Jerez(2 hours)and Granada with the Alhambra Palace(1.5 hours).
Further details
San Pedro has everything you could want. It has banks, chemists, good supermarkets, lovely shops, great restaurants and bars. A lovely church and square where the Spanish congregate in the evenings. The beach has a long promenade with a sandy beach.
Marbella and Puerto Banus have marinas with beautiful yachts moored. Orange Square is a must to visit.
