3 bedroomed house with 2 private sun decks, air con and English Sky TV (never miss an episode of Eastenders, even on holiday!). Communal pool 30 metres away. We are in a beautiful setting and the House is fully equipped to live in, let alone to holiday in. There are taxis services on site and we have two beautiful old Spanish villages with all amenities with a 5 minutes drive. The beaches are all within a 20 minutes drive. Our House is the ideal holiday home for families looking to relax and enjoy real Spain. A car is advised to really enjoy this beautiful part of Spain.

Changeover day
House must be vacated by 12pm and available from 3 pm. This allows time for a good clean and linen change.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | we have a master bedroom with a double bed and air con 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. The lounge has a full sprung sofa bed that is a comfortable as any bed you have ever slept on. |
| Bathrooms: | 2 bathrooms, the main bathroom has a toilet sink bidet, bath and shower. Downstairs with have shower toilet and sink. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen has full oven, fridge freezer, microwave and all utensils. Washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | 3 seater full sprung sofa bed, armchair. Dining room table and chairs. TV with Sky and DVD player and air con. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen is included, NOT towels. At the end of the stay 45 euros is charged for a full clean. |

Entre Naranjos is ideal for children, the roads are very quiet and there are big green areas and swing park for the kids.

Accessibility
We have no ramps for wheelchair accessibility but our friends have stayed there with a son in a wheel chair and there were no problems because the downstairs of the house has all facilities.
Outside
Our garden is lovely and secluded and have full garden furniture for outside eating and a very nice bar b q.
Coast/Beach
We are situated 15 minutes drive from some of the Costa Blanca's most beautiful beaches.
There are ways to many to list but our favourite has to be Guadarmar, 11 miles of golden sand and after a day at the beach some of the region's finest restaurants.
Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are only 20 minute drives.
Golf
We are within a 30 minute drive of 17 championship golf courses.
10 minutes from Villamartin, Campomoar, Las Ramblers and La Finca.
Special interest holidays
We chose to buy this property because of its location, we are very close to some of Spain's best courses.
In Sept 2008 we will be 100 meters from one of Spain's newest courses
Travel
We are a 40 minute drive from Alicante Airport and 20 minute drive from Murcia Airports. Both airports are an easy drive.
Distances
5 minutes from two beautiful old villages. We are in the middle of the two, Los Montesinos and San Miguel De Salinas, restaurants and bars are great, the Chinese is a must.
Further details
We have all facilities in the local villages, banks, bakers, chemists, bars, restaurants, garages etc within a 5 minute drive.
20 minutes away is Torrevieja which has everything from little shops to all of the big supermarkets. Torrevieja is a very cosmopolitan town with all different types of bars, restaurants and a lively sea front market.

Booking procedure is contact us for availability and we would expect a 25% deposit and full payment in cleared funds one calendar month before rental.
