The property is situated 500 metres from the beach and just 2km from the centre of Nerja. There are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan lounge/dining area and fully fitted kitchen. Accessibility
The property is accessed via a steep hill from the road and therefor may not be suitable for the elderly or families with very young children unless using a car. There are also a number of steps down to the property from the road. Parking space is available directly outside the property.

Outside
The large south facing terrace directly overlooks the sea and is fully equipped with all outdoor furniture, sun awning, large dining table with chairs, sun loungers and large umbrella for shade. There is also an outdoor shower to cool you down on those very hot summer days. Set in beautiful landscaped gardens the apartment is peaceful and relaxing with very little noise from the surrounding area. The communal butterfly-shaped swimming pool just a short stroll away, is accessed by key holders only and is complete with changing rooms and toilets.

Coast/Beach
Situated to the west of Nerja, and around the corner from Torrecilla beach, Playzo Beach is the longest beach in Nerja. Playazo is also Nerja's most rugged beach. Flat and almost straight, it is about 2km long, stretching from the east edge of town along to the Marinas de Nerja hotel complex. Playzo beach is a great place for a stroll, with many beach/tapas bars to make the 15-20 minute stroll into town a touch longer experience!

Golf
From Nerja it is approx 20 minutes drive to Baviera Golf. Designed by José María Cañizares, the prestigious professional golfer. Cañizares is one of our most international and charismatic golfers in whose record are 5 tournaments of the European circuit and 2 world championships as well as several participation in the Ryder Cup. Baviera golf is an even course characterized by its wide greens with many movements and the great variety of obstacles which offer a big range of strokes and an ideal design for all types of handicap. The variety of holes and the unsurpassable views both to the Mediterranean sea and the mountains contribute to make you enjoy and share an unforgettable day.
Situated at Caleta de Vélez, Baviera Golf has direct access from the A7 Motorway and is just 200 metres from Caleta marina.

Skiing
The famous winter ski resort of Sierra Nevada is about 100km north east of Nerja. This resort offers activities for non-skiers too. It is perfectly feasible to sunbathe in Nerja and be skiing in the mountains within two hours.

Travel
Malaga Airport is located about 6km West of the Malaga city, just off the main Coast Road (N340) and the new toll road which runs to Estepona. When leaving the airport by car, and approaching the N340, keep in the left hand lane which takes you across the flyover towards to the Malaga, Granada, Motril, Nerja and the Eastern Costa del Sol.
