Occupying an elevated position in a corner of the beautiful green and fertile valley, overlooking the golf course (10 yards away) with its orange and lemon groves and backdrop of impressive mountains, the villa is accessed via sliding gates opening into a very adequate parking/turning area, with large car-port. A rustic path climbs a few paces to the fabulous infinity swimming pool, with plenty of space for sun-loungers etc. The path continues via a few steps up to the house. There is a shaded area for alfresco dining, leading to the large BBQ area at the rear. Across the front of the house there is a sun-terrace with incredible views across the golf-course to the far side of the valley. The house is surrounded on 3 sides by lush Mediterranean gardens.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheel-chair access. However, all rooms are on one level.

Coast/Beach
Mojacar Playa beach and Garrucha fishing port only 20 minutes by car.
Golf
There is a 10 metre walk to Cortijo Grande Golf Course. Only 30 minutes by car to 4 other major golf courses: eg Val de Este / Desert Springs etc.
Skiing
Granada is only 2 hours away.
Travel
Almeria is 45 mins. Murcia 90 mins. Alicante 2 hours.
Distances
Typical Spanish village of Turre with its 30 plus bar / restaurants, 2 banks, supermarkets and shops 10 minutes by car. The Moorish mountain village of Mojacar 20 minutes. Then city of Almeria is 45 minutes away.
Further details
Within 2 or 3 minutes walk is the bar/restaurant 'Almazara', and the bar 'Los Penos'. Across the golf course is 'Los Limoneros' and and 2 more super restaurants in Cabrera above the villa, having passed the riding stables.

Deposit £100 per week at time of booking, balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cheques payable to J. Weston.
