Beautiful villa in the select El Portet area of Moraira, privately owned and maintained. Beautifully designed with many features. Outside barbecue and table seats 14 people. The plot size is 800 metres with own gardens. El Portet is the most sought after location around Moraira. The nearby beach has 2 bar/restaurants. Safe bathing ideal beach for children. Moraira was a fishing village and has expanded tastefully, has a beautiful marina with fancy boats and still has a local fishing fleet. The town has many restaurants/shops/banks etc and has a select ambiance. There are no high rise hotels in the area. The nearby towns of Calpe, Teulada, Benissa, Denia and Javea are all accessible. The beautiful town of Altea is 45 min drive as is Benidorm with one of Europe's biggest theme parks (Terra Mitica).

Notes on prices
Prices may be subject to change at the owners discretion. Prices shown for villa only are for a maximum of 6 people, at certain low and mid season times pricing for 2 people from £350, and varied starting dates could be negotiated. If the villa only is taken we will not rent out the apartment to other clients. During the main season as indicated we only let the villa and apartment together.
Rentals are from Saturday - Saturday.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday and arrival times are 2pm and departure 10am. Changeover days can be flexible out of season.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms each having single beds and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is fitted with bath/shower, toilet and wash basin. The kitchen is fully fitted with gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa and apartment does not have air-conditioning, we have electric plug in fans in each bedroom. The villa and apartment is suitable for children.
Accessibility
Our property has not been specially adapted for wheelchair users and we would not recommend this has the villa is on an upper level which means there are steps to climb.
Outside
The villa has its own private gardens, large patio area with barbecue and table to seat 14 people. We also have a round table on the porch area which is suitable for morning breakfast in a sunny position. There are 8 sun beds and 2 deck chairs. The swimming pool is 8 x 4 metres with built in stairs and is privately owned. We have the pool maintained regularly all year round (the pool is not heated).
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach El Portet 15 minute walk. The beach in Moraira is only a 5 minute drive away and a lovely walk passed the Marina which will take approx half hour. The beach in El Portet is small and ideal for children, it can get very busy in the Summer. The beach in Moraira is larger and very popular.
Golf
There are 2 golf courses within a 20 minute drive. 1 in Javea and 1 in San Jaime.
Travel
Alicante airport travelling time to Moraira 1 hour 20 mins, from Valencia approx 1 hour 45 minutes. A car is recommended.
Distances
Nearest village Moraira 5 minutes by car 25 minute walk, other towns ie Denia approx 40 mins by car, Javea 30 mins, Calpe 30 mins. Quadalest under 2 hours drive, fabulous mountain top village worth the visit.

The village of Moraira has everything you need including supermarkets, banks, lovely restaurants, interesting boutiques and art gallery.
