This attractive, privately owned villa in the Costa Blanca, Spain offers spacious and comfortable accommodation on one level. A door from the kitchen leads to a terrace with barbecue for al fresco dining. Doors from the lounge/dining room lead out to a covered terrace and then to the pool, which is set in an open terrace bordered by a garden - a lovely spot for relaxing. There is a multigym up to 90 kilos of weights. There also is a punchbag, cross trainer, abb-roller and a table tennis table.

Outside
There is a magnificent swimming pool which is 9,5 complete with a covered pool-side bar area and barbeque facilities for al fresco dining, socialising, relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
The large Jacuzzi located by the pool-side and bar area provides a great opportunity for guests to relax, lie back and soak in the atmosphere.
Plenty of sunbathing space surrounded by mature gardens.
Coast/Beach
Calpe Beach, 10 minutes by car, is well-known for its fishing port where you can find an array of good fish restaurants and Benidorm, renowned for its night-life and Terra Mitica Aqualandia Water Park and Wild Life Park in 30 minutes away.
Golf
The Costa Blanca is golfer's paradise with 18 hole golf courses designed by some of the world“s top names.
Some courses regularly play host to the Spanish National Championships and are even ranked regularly amongst top courses in the world. There are a range of styles and terrains on offer, from stunning coastlines to rugged mountains and varying levels of difficulty to cater for all standards.
Travel
Alicante airport is 1 hour from the villa.
Valencia is 1 and 15 mins from the villa.
Car hire is essential from both airports.
Distances
Villages Jalon, Alcalai and Parcent are easily reached with between a 5 and 10 minute drive all offering good Spanish restaurants and cafe bars. On Saturdays Jalon has a large market where people come from all over to visit and has a large supermarket.
Further details
There are plenty of supermarkets 5 minutes in the car, also within 5 minutes walking distance from the villa is a local restaurant offering good food and wine with large terrace bar and pool table.

Deposit 25% balance 6 weeks prior to arrival date. 300 pounds returnable damage deposit will be required on arrival.
