A bright and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 level villa situated in the picturesque and peaceful Punta Lara urbanisation, approximately 1.5km from the town of Nerja and a 10 minute stroll to the beach. Set in landscape gardens, there is a large communal swimming pool and children's splash pool for the exclusive use of residents (seasonal). There are also excellent bar and restaurant facilities on site.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Longer winter lets are available at £150/week inclusive.
We give a 15% reduction in late bookings (within 1 month of arrival).
Changeover day
Normally Saturday, but can be flexible.

| Bedrooms: | 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), plus a sofa bed in the lounge. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside cupboards, lamps and ceiling fans. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with bath/shower over, toilet, hand basin and fan heater. |
| Kitchen: | Large fully equipped kitchen/dining area, with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine,microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron/board etc. Dining table and 6 chairs. Ceiling fan. |
| Living Rooms: | Good sized lounge leading onto a terrace with panoramic views. The lounge has a sofa and the sofa bed. Satellite TV with english channels, CD player, DVD player with plenty of DVDs and a Playstation 1 with games. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
We regret that the accommodation is not suitable for wheelchairs users. Sorry no pets. Electric fan heaters are provided in the bedrooms, lounge and bathroom for chilly evenings. A cot and high chair are available at an additional cost. There is a safe provided for your use.

Outside
The sun terrace is well equipped with table, comfortable chairs and parasol. Superb panoramic views towards Nerja and the sea with the mountains behind you as a backdrop. Punta Lara is set in well maintained communal gardens and has an excellent swimming pool with children’s splash pool (a lifeguard is in attendance at all times during pool opening hours).
Coast/Beach
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the nearest beach and a further pleasant 15 minute walk along the sea front to Nerja town. There are several good sized beaches and sandy coves nearby including the well known Burriana beach with its excellent beach restaurants, showers, windsurfing and parking.
Travel
Malaga airport is 45 minutes by car. The owners can recommend reasonably priced car rental/pick-up from Malaga airport.

Further details
Nerja is a wonderful holiday destination with something for everyone. The focal point of the pretty town is the Balcon De Europe which is a palm tree lined promenade going out over the sea, and surrounded by outdoor restaurants, being a very pleasant place to sit for coffee and watch the world go by! In the town there are bars and excellent restaurants giving a wide choice of menus for eating out, also clubs and discotheques, large patio areas with boule courts.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday price is payable at the time of booking. A security deposit of £100 will be required, to be paid along with the final balance, which is due 6 weeks prior to the departure date. It will be refunded following receipt of the keys and confirmation that no loss or damage was caused to the property or its contents.

It was like a real home from home, with plenty of room to relax, a huge kitchen, a nice big bathroom and 2 lovely bedrooms. It was nice at the end of any given day to close the door behind you and just kick back and relax.

We had an absolutely lovely holiday.The apartment was great and the whole complex was perfect. There were hardly any people at the pool, so it was excellent for the kids. We even got great weather.
