The apartment is in the coastal town of San Juan de Los Terreros. The apartments are set in a quiet and relaxing location. 15 minutes from the blue flag beaches, golf and restaurants. The apartments are newly built and are situated overlooking the whole of San Juan bay. Panoramic views of the sea and the mountains make this an ideal holiday location for those who just want to relax. The 2 pools are open April - September. All apartments are privately owned with secure entry phone system. Large south facing terrace with canopy. Excellent views of the sea, mountains and surrounding coastline. Large pool and baby pool. The nearest town is Aguilas, 15 minutes by car, a bustling coastal town incorporating all facilities cinemas, train station, numerous shops, restaurants and beaches. The busy resort of Mojacar is approx 30 minutes by car. A popular tourist resort, offering a wide range of shops, hotels, restaurants and bars accommodating all ages.

We are flexible to accommodate according to flight arrival and departure times.

Towels and linen are not included, but can be arranged on request. Linen is renewed on changeover day, unless otherwise requested, cleaning of the property takes place at the end of letting period. |
Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning in all rooms, hot and cold. Ground floor level means easy access for pushchairs and young children. Children can be seen at all times around the pool area from the terrace.
Accessibility
Although not DDA compliant, there are no steps to be negotiated, the easy access ramp to the ground floor apartment could allow access for people with mobility difficulties. The entrance to the apartments is adjacent to the road where parking is freely available.
Outside
Ground floor apartment allows easy access to the communal baby pool and large swimming pool for children and adults. Patio furniture includes large oval table and 4 chairs all covered by a full terrace sun canopy.
Coast/Beach
San Juan has some of the most prestigious beaches in Spain. In fact, 3 out of the 4 top beaches are situated there. The closest beach is a mere 10 minute walk from the apartment complex, and numerous secluded beaches are within easy walking distance.
Golf
There are 2 new golf courses opened this year close by with full facilities for the discerning golfer, both within a 10 minute drive from the apartment.
Travel
The two most convenient airports to use while visiting San Juan are Murcia to the North, and Almeria to the South. Each are of equal distance from San Juan, with a journey time of approximately 1 hour 15 mins from each. Car hire is easy to obtain, either through a booking agent from the UK, or booking on arrival from numerous car hire companies located within both airports. Airport pickup can be arranged.
Distances
Nearest town approximately 10km to the north is Aguilas. A bustling town that provides all main facilities together with numerous shops, bars, and restaurants. To the south, there are many small coastal villages dotted along the coast line, with restaurants and bars to relax in. Eventually at a distance of approximately 20km you will arrive in Mojacar, built high on the hill overlooking the playa, the old Moorish town has spectacular views and lovely restaurants.
Further details
The main supermarket is situated on the main road heading towards Aguilas, approx a 15 min walk from the apartment. They sell a very wide selection of food, fishing equipment, household goods and gifts, as well as everything you would expect to see in one of the major supermarkets in the UK.

Enquiries can be made by email or by telephone. A 25% none returnable deposit will be required together with proof of identity and our completed booking form, to secure all bookings. Full payment is required 6 weeks before arrival, and payment can be made in either euros or UK pounds by electronic transfer. Details will be supplied by e mail when your booking is confirmed. Late booking will be subject to full payment.
