This well furnished spacious villa is located in a quiet, exclusive area of Toscal and is built to a classic Spanish style, with many special features such as Tosca stone arches, an impressive Tosca stone fireplace and a large vaulted conservatory. It is located only 10 mins walk from a number of restaurants and a supermarket. Javea with its wonderful long sandy beach, shops, and restaurants, is only a 5 mins drive away. A hire car is highly recommended.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. It includes cleaning prior to your arrival. It is expected that guests leave the property as they find it. Any extraordinary cleaning will be charged for. Any minor breakages should be replaced as a matter of courtesy.
Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. Arrival is normally after 3.00pm and departure is by 10.00am, but we will endeavour to be flexible about this.

Fresh linen and towels are provided on arrival and changed at the end of the week. Please provide your own pool towels. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a small additional charge. |

The villa benefits from central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans in every room. Sorry, no pets and no smoking within the property. Long term lets are welcome.

Accessibility
The villa has no specific facilities for disabled people.
Outside
Patio doors from the lounge lead onto a large private pool terrace, complete with sun loungers, which is set within mature landscaped gardens. A large parasol provides shade for the patio table/chairs. Secure parking on a large driveway.
Coast/Beach
Large sandy Arenal Blue Flag beach and promenade is only a 5 minute drive away. The Arenal has a beautiful sandy half-moon bay with a gentle slope to the sea. Monitored by the Red Cross Beach Patrol the beach is ideal for young and old alike. The promenade has plenty of cafes, bars, fine restaurants and shops.
Golf
There are several golf courses in the area. Javea 2km golf course is right on the doorstep. La Sella golf course, Marriott hotel resort and spa 7km and Oliva Nova 25km are only a short drive from Javea.
Travel
Alicante airport and Valencia airport both just over 1 hour. Both airports are served by low cost airlines such as Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch, and Jet2. Car hire essential, you can pick one up from the airport.
Distances
The villa is within easy walking distance to a local supermarket. Denia 15 mins drive, for excellent shopping and a daily ferry to Ibiza. Benidorm 40 mins, for Aqualandia water park, and the famous Terra Mitica theme park, with some of the best rides in Europe, and Terra Natura safari park. The Benidorm Palace hosts entertainment variety shows. Guadalest with its Moorish old town 50 mins.
Booking notes
Please contact us to double check availability and we will send you a booking form. You will be asked for a 25% deposit at the time of booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. If the departure date is less than 8 weeks away, then the total cost of the rental is due in full at the time of booking.
We will also ask for a damage deposit of £200 payable with the balance, which is returned on receipt of the villa keys and following an inventory check by our representatives.
