The property is ideally positioned, approximately 10 minutes drive from 3 superb Championship Golf Courses, Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. La Manga is located about 40 minutes south. The town of Torrevieja is about 10 minutes drive, and has a promenade market, marina and salt lakes.

Playa Flamenca is located approximately 10 mins drive away from 3 superb Championship golf courses - Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. Lo Romero, La Sarena and Roda about 15/20 minutes drive. La Manga is located about 40 minutes south.
Travel
The nearest airport is located at Murcia - 20/25 minutes drive; and Alicante is 45 minutes away. Airport transfer is available upon request. Car hire is essential for golfers. Please ask for information.
Distances
Torrevieja is about 10 minutes drive but can be reached by public transport - and has a promenade market, marina and natural salt lakes.

A small number of bars and restaurants are located immediately outside the complex. Other local bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, Post Office and Internet Cafe are available at Playa Flameca Commercial Centre or Playa Flamenca Beach, about 10 minutes walking distance.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week is required at the time of booking, balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A £100 breakage deposit to be paid locally and will be refunded on departure (subject to no damage, loss of keys or excessive cleaning required).
