Situated on the ground floor, our luxury apartment offers stunning sea and hillside views and private gardens leading to the pool. The famous Los Arqueros golf course with driving range was designed by Seve Ballesteros and the location is second to none. You can relax or dine at the club house which is just a few minutes walk. There is a children's play area also tennis and paddle. The pool is the biggest and best on the whole estate and during school breaks is ideal for families. Out of season it is extremely private and peaceful. Loungers are always available and poolside umbrellas are situated all around for shade. Just 35 minutes from Malaga Airport and 10 minutes drive to the famous Puerto Banus harbour boasting bars and restaurants plus the finest display of yachts. There are many beaches available with fantastic bars and facilities. A huge selection of restaurants and bars showing sport are easily accessible. Ideal for a quiet break or a family holiday. A truly great location.

Ground floor apartment with great access, car parking is right outside. Airport is 35 minutes drive, taxis are very easy and cheap. The clubhouse is just a few minutes walk.
Outside
The pool is shared, it is a great size which is one of the reasons we bought the apartment. Great for families in season or a quiet romantic break out of season.
Coast/Beach
Just a few minutes drive to the Golden Mile beaches. Heaven Beach is a particular favourite.
Golf
The apartment is located on the golf course but the area has many other courses available.
Travel
Malaga Airport is 35 minutes drive.
Distances
Ronda 30 minutes drive, Marbella 15 minutes, Puerto Banus 5 minutes, For the kids Safari Park 15 minutes, Water Park 20 minutes, Go-carting and games at Funny Beach 25 minutes.
