The whole apartment enjoys air-conditioning. The lounge leads onto the large terrace area which enjoys stunning views and morning sun and evening shade. The swimming pool is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens, ideal for sunbathing, safe for children and it is open all year round.

Other: All beds have fitted double robes and plenty of storage space. Air-con in all rooms.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included (beach towels are not included). Linen is changed weekly and cleaning is done prior to arrival. Additional cleaning is available on request and charged locally.

Accessibility
This apartment is not suitable for disabled people or those with mobility problems. It is on the first floor and there is no lift access.

Outside
Gardens are landscaped and there are areas for sunbathing on the grass and beside the pool. Pool is communal and is open throughout the year. Reclining chairs and parasols are available in the apartment to use at the pool or beach.

Coast/Beach
Drive time to all beaches near the apartment, all with parking, parasol and sunbed hire. Riviera 5 min drive. Sandy. Private restaurant right on beach. Capobina 10 min drive. Sandy. Stunning, bars, restaurants and marina, superb facilities, including Andy’s, with great food. La Cala 10 min drive. Blue flag beach, many nearby restaurants, beach activities. Marbella 20 min drive. Many fun activities, bars, cafes shops along the paseo nearby. Bora Bora San Pedro 35 min drive. very exclusive.

Golf
A paradise for golfers with 50 courses to choose from on the Costa Del Sol. Miraflores Golf Course is a 5 minute drive away from the apartment. Calanova Golf, Santana Golf, La Cala Golf, Rio Real Golf, Mijas Golf, Marbella Golf and Cabopino Golf are just a small selection of very close by golf courses within 15 -30 minute drive. Valderama, Torrequebrada and Sotogrande Golf are within one hour of the apartment. The apartment is situated in a very central location for golfers and in fact the area has been dubbed as 'the new golf valley'.

Skiing
The Sierra Nevada, a well known skiing destination is only 2 hours drive away.

Travel
Malaga 30 minutes, airport 25 minutes, La Cala 10 minutes, Cabopino 10 minutes, Calahonda 5 minutes, Fuengirola 15 minutes, Marbella 15 minutes. Car hire is recommended, however taxis are all readily available and can be at apartment within 5 minutes.

Distances
This apartment enjoys a superb location on the coast having Marbella and Puero Banus, Cabopino and their marinas only a short ride away. Seville, Cordoba, Rhonda and Granada are stunning cities to visit, steeped in history and gorgeous architecture, and accessible within a few hours. Gibraltar is only 90 mins away on great roads. Closer to home the Pueblo’s of Mijas and Benalmadena are 20-30 minutes drive away, look out for local fiestas where you will you see a more traditional Spain.

Riviera Del Sol is an attractive urbanisation offering ideal amenities for an enjoyable holiday. Which include - a pleasant beach with excellent facilities, numerous bars and restaurants including the beachside restaurant Max Beach. A well as the nearby El Zocco Center in Calahonda with it's lovely courtyard surrounded by bars and restaurants ranging from Slovakian to pizza with everything in between. Riviera Del Sol has many bars and restaurants, George’s and David’s Bar, JJ’s Charleys Bar, good Chinese restaurant and pizza/pasta. There are 2 supermarkets which are open daily until the early hours and a Chemist. Within a 5 minute car drive from the apartment is the Aztec Country Club which boasts a heated outdoor pool, numerous tennis courts, crazy golf, table tennis, pool tables, game zone, gym and beauty salon. Superb restaurant and evening entertainment. Charges are applicable for some of these activities. Club Miraflores also has a range of activities, dining and entertainment available. Set within lush gardens right next to the entrance to Miraflores from the national highway, N340 makes it ideal for those staying in Riviera. Poolside bar and restaurant has regular live entertainment in the evenings overlooking water cascades. Las Terrazas is a small complex consisting of the Miraflores supermarket, a hardware shop and more bars and restaurants. If you are travelling up from the bottom of Riviera del Sol and you come to the top of the Avenida del Golf, as the road turns left to go down past the driving range take a sharp right and follow the signs. It is approx 150 yards along this road on your right hand side. There are a huge number of attractions to keep you busy, Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Marino in Benalmadena, Selwo Wildlife Park in Estepona, Tivoli World in Benalmadena, 2 aqua parks 1 in Fuengirola and 1 in Torremolinos, Crocodile Park in Torremolinos to name a few.

A deposit of £50 per week will secure the dates and this is non refundable. The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. Payment is accepted by cheque, bacs or you can pay by credit/debit card online via our secure pay pal account. Once your dates have been confirmed we will request a payment from you via email.
