The townhouse is a wonderful quiet place to relax and recharge your batteries whether young or old. Comfortable surroundings on a perfect golf course. There is hot / cold air conditioning to cool you down on those hot summer days or warm you up on cool winter nights.

Outside patios with dining facilities for 6, sofa, chairs and coffee tables. Enjoy a quiet drink in the garden with the sound of tranquil water from the stream which filters through the golf course and the sound of birds in the olive trees. bedroom terrace with sun lounger chair and coffee table. Large secluded community pool, children’s pool and sun bathing areas.

Coast/Beach
30 mins drive to Sanlucar. 30 mins drive to Puerto Santa de Maria beaches. 45 mins drive to La Barrosa.

Situated on Arcos Gardens Golf course, with Simon Holmes golf Academy and first class practice facilities. 10 min drive to the Jack Nicklaus Montecastillo Golf Club home to the Volvo masters with 5* Hotel and Spa. 45 mins to Montemedio golf course. 35 mins to Sherry Golf and many more courses within 30 mins to 1 hour drive.

Further details
There is a large range of excellent tapas bars and restaurants, shops, local markets, banks all at Arcos. Jerez the sherry capital, and its wonderful architecture and atmosphere, with good shopping and dining a plenty is just a 25 minute drive away. The wonderful colourful, historic, cultural cities of Cadiz and Seville are a must to visit. Fabulous uncrowded beaches are many and waiting to be discovered. Green tranquil countryside with roads without traffic are worth exploring and experience the stunning views.

Booking notes
Once booking form is completed, a 35% deposit is required for confirmation. The balance of 65% is required 2 months before arrival, along with a refundable security deposit of 200 euros. Payment can be made in euros or sterling, via cheque, bank transfer. Collection service is available.

We are a couple from the North East of England who fell in love with Andalucia in 2002 when we started to holiday there. We decided to leave the UK in 2007 and move to the Cadiz Province where we now permanently live. We love the weather, the lifestyle and the people. We now have lots of Spanish friends and have integrated into the lifestyle
