Accessibility
This penthouse is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, therefore not suitable for wheelchair users or people who have the mobility problems.

Just across the street from the building, there is the public beach. Bonsai park is only a few minutes away and all the restaurants and bars are only a minutes walk. For example, you can walk to the Orange Square in 5 minutes.
Coast/Beach
Beaches and Paseo Maritimo is only a walking distance of 2 minutes.
Golf
Golf courses Rio Real and Santa Clara Golf are only 5-10 minutes away (driving distance).

Travel
Malaga airport is only approx. 40 minutes away. You can either hire the car or simply take the taxi or bus to Marbella. Once you arrive to the flat, everything is reachable within the walking distance unles you need to travel outside of Marbella.

Puerto Banus is only 10 minutes driving distance.

The Marbella theatre is only 3-4 minutes away (walking distance). All the banks, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are very close (walking distance).
