The peaceful complex comprises of white washed Andalucian style buildings situated in secure lush mature gardens. There are 4 pools in total, one of which is a children's pool. The pools in summer are life guarded, and have a poolside bar with snacks and refreshments making it ideal for families with children. The apartment is a very short walk to an Internet cafe, supermarket, bars and some really nice restaurants - ideal for those without transport. A 10 minute walk will take you to the stunning golden sandy beach. Nearby there are more amenities including a chemist and car hire. The Miraflores Golf Course is a 2 minute car journey/10 minute walk - perfect for those wanting to practise their swing. But for those with transport, the famous towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus are a 20 minute drive away, Malaga airport is also a 20 minute drive in the opposite direction. This apartment really is ideal for everyone, whatever you want out of your holiday.

Outdoor terrace/balcony, including table and 6 chairs. All of the 4 pools are gated and life guarded, have free sun loungers and plenty of shade if required.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is just a 10 minute walk from the property. It is long and sandy with sections offering rentals of loungers and parasols. There are some bars/restaurants for daytime snacks and refreshments. The nearby beaches of Calahonda 5 minute drive and La Cala 8 minute drive offer more in terms of water sports and children's play areas.

Travel
The nearest airport in Malaga. 20 minutes drive. Car hire is not necessary.

Booking notes
25% deposit is required. Payment in full is required 4 weeks before arrival. If booking is made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, the full amount is due at time of booking. A key security, refundable deposit of 250 euros is payable, in cash only, to the managing agent upon arrival at the apartment.
