Overlooking the first four fairways and directly alongside the third tee, this villa has a magnificent position allowing you to view the golfers as they play the course. Unrivalled views of the Sierra Carrascoy mountain range provide an exciting backdrop to this beautiful villa. The living room boasts high vaulted ceilings and is luxuriously furnished to an exquisite standard. Relax in luxury at this stunning villa. Golf clubs (adult and junior) have been purchased and are available in the villa for the use of residents along with 2 (kids) pedal cycles. Broadband internet is provided within the villa (small local charge payable) as well as complimentary use of laptop computers. Games consoles (PS2) and games are provided to keep children occupied, along with water games and sports equipment.

Changeover day
Variable, depending on availability and other bookings.
Guests must vacate by 10am and not arrive until 4pm to allow for cleaning and changeover (This is changeable dependant on other bookings and we will be as flexible as possible)

Accessibility
The villa is not specifically designed for ease of access to wheelchair users but the property is based on one level with only small steps. Previous disabled guests have found the villa easily accessible.
Outside
Private pool (10 X 5m) for sole use of guests (not heated). New jacuzzi fitted for your use. Extensive terraced area with outside furniture and outside eating area with barbecue. Stunning views of the Sierra Carrascoy mountain range and National Park. Quality wooden loungers are provided for your comfort in this larger outside area where there is ample room to chill and relax over a coffee or a beer while watching the golfers wander past.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful local beaches of the Mar Menor (Europe's largest inland sea) are 20 minutes drive away.
Many local Spanish fishing villages and restaurants can be found along the coastline.
Horse-riding, scuba diving and mud spas can be found 20 minutes drive away at the Mar Menor and can be booked in advance if you wish.
Golf
Overlooking the first four fairways, the villa is in an unrivalled position and is only 3-4 minutes walk from the first tee and new clubhouse, supermarket, bars and restaurants.
Resident's discount of 40% applies to golf played on all Polaris courses - currently El Valle, La Torre and Hacienda Riquelme. Discount form will be provided at time of booking.
Handicap certificate is usually required in order to play the Golf courses.
Free courtesy shuttle bus provided to convey you between the resorts. Welcome book within the villa provides details, telephone numbers and email addresses of all nearby golf courses. Golf can be booked in advance if required (no extra charge).
El Valle is the third in the Jack Nicklaus "Bear's Trail" of 9 courses in the Murcia area. When completed, all will be within a 25km radius.
In addition there are numerous other courses all within a 30 minute drive - including the world famous La Manga resort.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the Grenada mountain range approximately 2.5 hours drive away.
Special interest holidays
This villa is ideally located for those wishing to partake in a golf holiday to the region. All golf can be booked in advance if required (at reduced rates).
Given the proximity to the El Valle National Park, the villa is ideally suited to those wanting to partake in a walking / hiking / climbing holiday in the region.
The stunning scenery also lends itself to cycling through the mountainous area.
Travel
Murcia (San Javier) 25km - 15 minutes drive. Alicante 80km - 60 minutes drive. Car hire is strongly recommended and easily available at local airports. Can be arranged in advance if required - payable on collection.
In the near future the brand new Corvera airport will be opening - which will cut the journey time from the airport to the villa down to only 10 minutes.
Distances
Murcia City Centre is a mere 15 minutes drive away.
The local towns of Balsicas, Roldan, Los Martinez and Sucina provide a wealth of local cultures and restaurants to learn more about the Spanish way of life.
Further details
A gym is available for use at El Valle and is free of charge to residents.
Bicycle hire is available at the on site supermarket (and 2 are provided free with the rental).
Two tennis courts have recently been completed for the use of residents (small charge payable).
A well-stocked supermarket will provide for all your needs and a local butcher can provide all the meats for your barbeques.

The area is quiet and relaxing but up and coming in the golfing world - sometimes described as the "Spanish Florida".
With the introduction of the 'Nicklaus Trail', Murcia will become the place to go for golfers wanting to play on quality courses all year round.
The villa is in a very quiet area and we request your co-operation in respecting our neighbours.
