The apartment stands amongst orange and lemon groves with magnificent panoramic views, it has a private rooftop pool and its own roof terrace. It has a balcony and courtyard area to the rear. It is a short walk into the village which has cafes, bars, spar shop, chemist, butchers, bank, bakery and is near to Almoradi a large typically Spanish town which has supermarkets, street markets, restaurants. The nearest beach is a ten min drive to Guardamar which has sandy white beaches many blue flag beaches and many shops, restaurants, cafes and a natural park and nightly craft market. Torrevieja is a 20 min drive and is a busy lively resort popular with holidaymakers and has a large hypermarket a new shopping complex, craft markets and beachfront cafes, bars and restaurants. The airports are approx 30 min drive to both Alicante and Murcia and the apartment is easily accessible from the AP7 motorway.

Utility Room: Roof terrace has 2 cushioned loungers, a large picnic bench, umbrella, washing line.
Living Rooms: Large and spacious lounge with comfortable 3 seater leather settee and chair, breakfast bar, TV with Sky channels, pine coffee table, sideboard and TV unit, DVD, CD/radio, CDs, books and games available.
Lounge has balcony with orange grove views.
Other: The private roof terrace has door and key and is totally private and separate from any other people using other apartments.

Towels and linen provided, but not beach towels, a cleaning charge of 40 euros is to be left at apartment on departure for keyholder.

 

Notes on accommodation
AIRCONDITIONING UNITS CAN BE HIRED LOCALLY FOR AROUND 50 EUROS A WEEK THEY WILL COLLECT AND DELIVER.
Small children must be supervised at all times in pool and on roof terrace. Ideally suited for families and couples who want to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday n typically Spanish surroundings with beaches and amenities within a short driving distance. Sorry no pets, and smoking only permitted outside or on balcony of apartment.

Accessibility
The apartment is unsuitable for wheelchair users as there are 2 flights of steps to the roof areas and further steps leading to pool.

Courtyard at rear of apartment with chairs and drying facilities.
Swimming pool is for sole use of 12 apartments, only 6 apartments are occupied, so you find you have the pool to yourself a lot of the time. It is unheated but as it is on the roof, warms up in the summer months. There are several communal areas for relaxing and enjoying the stunning panoramic views and the loungers and table and umbrella can be found in the separate private roof terrace. Perfect for watching the sun setting over the mountains with a glass of sangria.

Coast/Beach
The nearest sandy white beaches are at Guardamar a 10 min drive, also has blue flag beaches. Also La Marina beach a 20 min drive.
There is a large natural park for those of you who enjoy walking in Guardamar.

Golf
Local golfing includes La Finca, Villamartin, Las Ramblas all within 25 min drive.

Travel
Murcia and Alicante approx 30 min by car.
Car hire essential and prices range from £8 per day and can be collected from airports.

Distances
Daya Nueva is a 10 min walk and has cafe, bars, square with pretty church, bank and chemist, there is also a spar shop, bakery, Chinese restaurant and butchers.
Almoradi is a typically Spanish town a 5 min drive away with large selection of shops bars, restaurants, supermarkets, street market, has large festivals and fiestas throughout Easter and the summer and the main square has a large church, outside cafes, a busy and lively atmosphere. Tourist resorts like Torrevieja a 20 min drive.

Booking notes
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking this is non refundable on cancellation. The remaining balance to be paid 4 wks before leaving.
£100 security bond required which will be returned to you after keyholder has checked the apartment for any breakages etc.. Keys can be left with keyholder on departure.
