Private gated community with remote control fob. Beautiful gardens with abundance of palm trees and colourful shrubs and Flowers. Quiet location, you can walk to all amenities to include a stunning beach walk to the marina and beach. Communal swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
1 minute walk to mistral beach (water-sports of all types available in the High Season). The famous Ocean Club - 7 minute walk using the connecting beach walk from mistral beach. Puerto Banus Marina - 10 minute beach-walk.
Golf
There is an abundance of fabulous golf courses in and around Marbella.
Travel
Nearest Airport - Malaga. Distance from Malaga Airport to Puerto Banus is 45 minutes. Taxi from airport - 60 - 80 euros. Regular bus from airport - around 10 euros one way.

Easyjet fly from Luton to Malaga. Car hire is available through most websites (Europcar and Record are the most popular). Information on the area: Nueva Andalucía is one of the Costa del Sol's most exclusive up and coming areas. Designed with your comfort in mind it is a great location, with luxurious homes and well maintained streets. Sitting at the foot of the Sierra Blanca mountains and just minutes from some beautiful beaches it is truly picturesque. Puerto Banus and Marbella are nearby and Golf Valley is on your doorstep! With cuisine to suit all tastes, from modern American deli to haute cuisine gastronomy you will not need to worry about cooking!
Places you must visit with the family: Aqua Park - Fungeriola, Marina sea life Park -Benalmadena, Rhonda, Frigliana - caves and village day out, Sotogrande Marina.
We will require a 10% Deposit by Cheque to secure the booking.
We will also require a Security Deposit of £350, which will be returned back to you, once you vacate the Apartment and it has been confirned by the Management Company, that no damages has taken place.

Meet and greet charges
Our managing agent provides a complimentary meet and greet service between the hours of 10.00am and 7.00pm
Pls note, that any time before or after these hours, the client will be charged an out of hours rate of:-
7.00pm - midnight - 30 euros
Midnight - 10.00am -- 100 euros
Booking notes
We will require a 10% deposit by Cheque to secure the booking. Balance will be required 4 weeks before you fly. For last minute deals or special offers - Full payment will be requested in full.
In addition, we also require a refundable Damage Deposit of £350. This is to be sent with the Final Balance, and will be refunded once the apartment has been vacated, and confirmed all is OK. Refunds will be made within 7 days of departure.
