The balcony which leads off the lounge has table and chairs so that you may relax or dine alfresco. The complex itself has 24 hour security and a fabulous solar panel heated swimming pool with great sun terrace. Molino Blanco is very popular with families of all ages and great place for meeting others.

Coast/Beach
There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance to the fabulous beach of La Zenia. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches fo Guardamar and La Marina.
Golf
If you are a golfing fan then there is a vast selection of quality golf courses within close proximity. Campomar golf club is within 5 mins by car. It offers premier golfing facilities, a stunning location, great restaurant food, hotel and spa.One of the finest courses in Europe. Las Rambles just next to it and Villamartin is just 10minute drive away. La Finca and La Manga are approximately 20minute drive, again providing top class facilities for every level of a golfer.
Travel
Airports, airlines and transfers: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and Murcia, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away.
Airlines: Monarch, Globespan, Rynair, Easyjet, Jet2, BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports
Distances
Transfers: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday.
Car hire: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. Please enquire.
Further details
The family complex itself, Molino Blanco is very popular with families of all ages and great place for meeting others. In La Zenia you will find everything you need for a sunshine and beach holidays, and with its tremendous accessibility there is never even the need to drive to reach your desired destination. Pubs and restaurants are within walking distance in La Zenia. Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig's Golden Mile (as it is called) and Villamartin Plaza have many excellent restaurants and as they are merely walking distance, they are right on your doorstep. There is a large supermarket and a 24 hour store 2 minutes from the apartment for your convenience.
Booking notes
To confirm a booking a non returnable deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is requested, 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday final payment should be made. Cleaning and laundry following your departure - 50 euros paid on arrival.
Payments: Via cheque or directly through the bank transfer system. A refundable security bond of £100 or 140 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure after the property has been checked over.
