Also 10-15 mins drive to many well known championships golf courses. The complex itself has 24 hour security and a fabulous solar panel heated swimming pool with great sun terrace. Molino Blanco is very popular with families of all ages, couples and golfers.

Coast/Beach
There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are within 10 minutes walking distance to the fabulous beach of La Zenia where water sports are available during the summer months. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.
Golf
If you are a golfing fan then there is a vast selection of quality golf courses within close proximity. Campomar golf club is within 5 mins by car. It offers premier golfing facilities, a stunning location, great restaurant food, hotel and spa. One of the finest courses in Europe, Las Rambles, is just next to it and Villamartin is just 10 minute drive away. La Finca and La Manga are approximately 20 minutes drive, again providing top class facilities for every level of golfer.
Travel
Airports, airlines and transfers: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and Murcia, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away.
Airlines: Monarch, Globespan, Rynair, Easyjet, Jet2, BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports.
Distances
Transfers: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday. Car hire: Although not essential should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. Please enquire.
Further details
In La Zenia you will find everything you need for a sunshine and beach holiday. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance in La Zenia. Also nearby Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and Villamartin Plaza have many excellent International restaurants which cater for all tastes include a number of well renowned Irish bars. There is a large supermarket and a 24 hour store 2 minutes from the apartment for your convenience. The local Leisure centre "Orihuelas Costa Resort" just a few minutes walk includes a large swimming pool with sun beds, childrens pool, tennis courts, basketball court & gymnasium, restautant and bar and nightly entertainment. Torrevieja is the main town and is a 15 minute drive. It hosts Aquapolis Water Park, cinema, bowling and the Habaneras shopping centre. Go-karting is also available in Playa Flamenca. Local markets include Torrevieja on Fridays, Playa Flanenca on Saturdays and San Miguel on Wednesdays. Benidorm with it's many attractions including Terra Mitica Theme and Aqualandia water parks are just over 1 hours drive away. Other local activities include fishing, boat-hire, wind-surfing, paragliding, scuba diving, walking, cycling and horse-riding.
Booking notes
To confirm a booking a non-returnable deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is requested, 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday final payment should be made. Cleaning and laundry following your departure - 40 euros paid on arrival.
Payments: Via cheque or directly through the bank transfer system. A refundable security bond of £100 or 140 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure after the property has been checked over.
