A beautifully appointed 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with shared pool located on Spain’s #1 golf course. Hacienda del Alamo provides a fantastic place to enjoy all that this region has to offer including the resort’s many amenities, which include a Dave Thomas designed championship golf course with lakes and waterfalls. A golf academy with 6 practice holes all complimented be the amazing €27m clubhouse opened in December 2007. The villa is fully air conditioned and equipped with: Flat screen TV with Sky, DVD player, and separate iPod station. The fully appointed kitchen has oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are 2 twin rooms and one double room all with ensuite bathrooms.

Outside
The rear south facing garden has been landscaped to provide a fantastic area to sit, lounge and relax. Overlooking to pool the raised seating area is an ideal spot to watch the children playing while you relax. A built in barbeque and patio furniture are also provided to complete the outdoor living experience. To the front of the property is another patio area to sit amongst the lemon trees in the shade.
Coast/Beach
The beaches at Mazarron are just 20 mins and the Mar Manor and La Manga beaches with every conceivable water sport are just 30 minutes away.
Golf
The renowned Dave Thomas designed Hacienda Del Alamo boasts lakes, streams, bridges and waterfalls. It's over 7400 yards long in 92 hectares and is a fantastic test of golf. There is also a 36 bay golf academy with 6 practice holes and after a game or a practice you have the most impressive 19th hole to experience. The club house is truly amazing from terracing to enjoy the views across the golf course to great food, excellent pro shop and five star locker facilities make the whole experience second to none. Countless other golf courses are nearby including the famous La Manga Club Golf just 30 minutes away.
Travel
Nearest airport of Murcia (San Javier) is 25 mins. Alicante is 55 mins.
Distances
The village of Fuenta Alamo is just 5 mins drive away, there is a large supermarket, banks, shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The historic port of Cartagena dating back some 2500 years, with it's Roman Theatre, marina, beautiful architecture, shops and restaurants is 20 minutes. Murcia is also 20 minutes away in the opposite direction. This is a vibrant city bristling with history & culture. It has a cathedral and countless squares where you can soak up the culture in the many cafe bars.
Further details
It's a great area to explore from fantastic fish restaurants in Cabo de Palos to historic battlements along the med to quiet unspoilt sandy beaches and national parks all within 30 minutes of the resort.
