It is situated on the favoured east side of town - 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Burriana Beach (blue flag) and 15 minutes walk to the town centre with a great choice of restaurants and bars, and the famous Balcon de Europa. The villa has a large private terrace by the pool with magnificent Mediterranean plants, and there are 2 further terraces:- 1 to the front lower level and 1 serving the 2 upstairs bedrooms, both with extensive views to the mountains and the sea. There is outside dining on the lower terrace with table and 6 chairs. The pool terrace has very comfortable covered seating area with ample sunbeds. The whole villa is decorated to a very high standard, with open-plan lounge/dining area leading to the beautiful pool area. There is a 3 piece suite, dining table and chairs, occasional tables, air-conditioning unit and a 42" plasma TV offering all BBC/ITV/channels and Sky Sports.

Notes on prices
Prices are per week in UK Pounds and are calculated at a daily rate when periods cross over. 20% discount for winter lets of 4 weeks plus. Pool heating is charged at £55 (70 euros) per week.

Changeover day
Mid-week changeover day is permitted in July and August, as we aim to be flexible. In busy summer periods, check-in would be after 2pm and check-out by 10am.

Bedrooms: All bedrooms have quality modern furniture with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans.
Bedroom 1 on the ground floor, has double bed and patio doors leading to pool terrace.
Bedroom 2 has double bed.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds, both with access to terrace.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 on the ground floor has bath/shower over, wc, bidet, large washbasin and storage cabinet, all of highest quality.

Kitchen: The kitchen is beautifully fitted with top quality cabinets and integrated Bosch appliances, including induction hob, eye-level oven and microwave, extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a small table and 2 chairs.
Living Rooms: The villa has an open-plan lounge/dining area leading to the beautiful pool area. There is a 3 piece suite, dining table and chairs, occasional tables, air-conditioning unit and 42" plasma TV offering all BBC/ITV channels, Sky Sports and DVD/CD player.
Other: There is a large garage.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and bedlinen are all supplied within the rental, providing sufficient quantities for your party numbers. For stays of more than 1 week, fresh linen and towels will be replaced weekly. Please bring towels for use by the pool.

 

Notes on accommodation
Pool heating is available, if required, at an additional cost of 70 euros per week. Air conditioning to lounge/dining area. Ceiling fans to all bedrooms. Sorry we do not take bookings which include children under 8 years or stag/hen parties.

Accessibility
There are two flights of steps leading to the entrance to the villa.

Outside
There are three large terraces providing sun & shade throughout the day. The lower front terrace has a retractable awning, dining table and chairs. The upper terrace also has a retractable awning and some beautiful mediterranean potted plants. The large pool area is sheltered by a wall of bougainvillea, and has a wooden pergola at one end.

Coast/Beach
It is a 5 minute walk down to the beautiful Burriana Beach and a 10 minute walk back up. Here, there are many restaurants providing Spanish, English and continental cuisine, the most famous being Ayo's where his "one metre wide paella" is cooked on the beach daily.

Golf
The nearest golf course is Baviera Golf (18 holes), 15 minutes drive away.

Travel
The villa is only 45 minutes easy drive from Malaga Airport.
Car hire is recommended for access to surrounding villages and beauty spots.

Distances
Unlike many towns on the western side of Malaga, Nerja has developed slowly and avoided dense high-rise development, preserving the character of the old town. It is a 15 minute walk to the town centre, where the Balcon de Europa provides a focal meeting place for locals and holidaymakers alike. Other villages worth visiting are Maro, where the Nerja Caves are located, and Frigiliana, a restored Roman town.

Further details
Shopping is easy with good supermarkets and banks close by, and many stylish boutiques in and around the town centre. We also recommend a visit to the local market, which is held every tuesday. Other activities in the area include fishing, scuba-diving and sailing, horse-riding, paragliding and mountain biking.

25% non-refundable deposit required on booking. Balance, plus refundable £200 security deposit to cover damage, losses and excess cleaning due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
