Quiet, peaceful location overlooking the sea, coastal plain, Rock of Salobreña and the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains in the distance. The villa has air-conditioning, a large sun terrace, private solar heated pool, BBQ and gardens. The property is not overlooked. For those colder winter evenings, the villa has warm air central heating. The rental accommodation is on one level. There is a self contained apartment underneath which is not rented out nor occupied during villa rental periods. The villa is on a prestigious urbanization but at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Plenty of street parking but there is also a large garage included in the rental price.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Payments in euros and US dollars also accepted at current exchange rates. Discounts considered for longer letting periods, ie month. Gas, water and 100KWh/wk of electricity included. Any extra electricity will be charged at €0.15/KWh. There is a telephone at the property calls will be charged at Telefonica rates.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday, but we try to accommodate other days if this proves difficult.

| Living Rooms: | Air-conditioned. Large lounge with two sofas, woodburner, satellite and Terestrial TV, CD/Radio, video player and DVD. The lounge has three large picture windows and patio doors out to the terrace. |

Towels and bedlinen are provided but not beach towels. If an extra clean is required during your stay, this can be arranged at an extra charge. |
Notes on accommodation
The air-conditioning provides cool air in summer and warm air in winter. There's also a woodburner for those cooler winter evenings. Other information:
A self-contained apartment below the terrace is not rented out nor occupied during rental periods. Car transport is recommended. Access is via tarmac road. Garage. Plenty of street parking.
Accessibility
The villa is not suitable for wheelchair users or disabled persons not able to cope with stairs.
Outside
Garden furniture is provided, a built in barbecue on the top terrace is an ideal place to cook your evening meal whilst enjoying the view and a gin and tonic.
The pool is heated with solar panels, on a separate lower terrace with gated access, has three steps at one end and is approximately 7m x 3m in size.
Coast/Beach
Five mins drive to the beach. There are a wide selection of beaches, private little coves and also an aqua park at Almunecar.
Golf
The local 18 hole golf course is 5 mins away. It is right by the sea and has a very nice restaurant which welcomes visitors.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevadas are approximately 70 mins drive away, but offer good facilities, equipment rental, restaurants, hotels and a good selection of runs suitable for beginners and experienced skiers.
Travel
Malaga airport is 80 mins away, Granada 60 mins and Almeria 90 mins. Good road access to the airport and to the villabut essential to have a car.
Distances
Salobreña is 5 mins drive, moorish town on a Rock topped by a castle. Almuñecar 15 mins drive, very spanish tourist town with a little more night life and activity. Motril 10 mins drive, a spanish working town, but worth a wander round. Granada 60 mins drive, a lovely place to explore with lots of moorish influence and of course the Alhambra to visit.
Worth booking tickets before you visit to avoid queues.

There are two other swimming pools on the urbanisation and a tennis court and a 5-a-side football pitch which guests can use.
