If you want a fantastic holiday full of fun and fiestas, a golfing holiday in the Spain's fastest growing golfing region, or just simply peace, quiet and relaxation, you have come to the right place. This newly completed property has been furnished with as much attention to detail as possible to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, from the high standard of furnishings and amenities, to the artwork throughout the property by a local artist. We know that holidays need to be hassle free and, within the property, we have provided a pack of information on what to do, local facilities, maps etc. The property is located adjacent to Nuevo Portil Golf Course, has a south facing terrace, communal swimming pool, paddle tennis court and secure parking. A 15 minute walk will lead you to miles of beautiful sandy unspoilt beaches, local cafes and shops.

Changeover day
Times for changeover is flexible, to be agreed with guests prior to arrival.

Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 with twin beds.
All room with fitted wardrobes.
Two cots available for young children/babies.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to the master bedroom with shower, basin, WC and bidet.
Bathroom with bath/shower, basin, WC and bidet.
Cloakroom downstairs with WC and basin.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen for a stress free holiday with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, washing machine, pots and pans, utensils, crockery etc and a corkscrew! Pantry with iron and ironing board (if needed).
Utility Room: Lavadora or covered, outside area for drying clothes or washing sandy feet.
Living Rooms: Spacious and fully furnished living room with TV, home cinema system with DVD player and DVDs, MP3 music system. Dining table seats up to 8 people and patio doors lead out onto a large private terrace with outdoor furniture, BBQ and garden.
Other: Access is provided to a large communal pool with a life guard (in summer) and paddle tennis court with secure underground parking close to the house. The house has two floors and a stair gate is provided if you have young children.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen, bathroom towels and beach towels are provided. The property will be cleaned prior to arrival and additional cleaning / changes in towels or linen can be arranged if required, charged locally.

Accessibility
This house is two storey and, unfortunately, is not suitable if you have difficulty with stairs.

Outside
The ground floor south facing terrace and garden has reclining sunloungers, table and chairs with a BBQ, perfect for a gin and tonic at sunset.

The master bedroom has access to a small private balcony at the rear of the property.

Coast/Beach
The sandy beaches are part of a nature reserve, bordered by pine trees, and located just 15 minutes walk away. The coastline is protected from the Atlantic by a spit of land called the Flecha de Rompido making the sea perfect for children to swim in and very safe. All the beaches are very well maintained with showers. There is something for everyone with facilities available for water sports, diving and fishing, the local aqua park opens during the summer and playgrounds.

Golf
This property is located on a development directly adjacent to the Nuevo Portil Golf Course, approx 15 mins walk to the clubhouse which has an 18 hole course, putting green and driving range, all within the environs of a pine forest. Nearby, are the two Golf courses of El Rompido, and a little further afield are Islantilla, Isla Canela, Costa Esuri and Bellavista. Further faciliteies are available in the Algarve, under 45 mins drive.

Travel
Faro, on the Portugese Algarve, and Seville airports are approx. 1 hour drive away. A little further afield are Jerez (known for sherry and the white horses), approx. 2 hours, Ronda and Malaga 3 hours. All routes are serviced by excellent motorways. Car hire is highly recommended.

Distances
El Portil, 10 mins walk away, offers the closest amenities with shops, cafes, restaurants and pharmacies. The city of Huelva is approx 20 mins. drive away, a great place to shop or just wander and soak up the atmosphere, with its authentic fish market famous for its gambas or prawns. Seville is only a 1 hour drive. Visit the local fishing village El Rompido, 5 mins drive for tapas or Punta Umbria and Ayamonte for shops, fun and fiestas.

Booking notes
Bookings made within an 8 week period of the date of arrival must be paid in full. A security deposit of 200 euros per weeks stay (returnable within ten days from the date of departure) is paid at the same time. Advanced bookings must pay a deposit of 20% of the total rent upon reservation. Short term or long term stay rates are available on request.
