Our villa is ideally situated just 2 minutes stroll from the centre of the popular Andalucian village of Benalmadena Pueblo. Here you can find an abundance of bars and restaurants, both Spanish and English to cater for all tastes. The ports of Benalmadena and Fuengirola are only a 5 minute drive away from the villa where plenty of nightlife and entertainment can be found. It's a short drive up to the sleepy village of Mijas if you prefer a more tranquil setting. The villa is geared up for large golf groups, hen and stag weekends or joint families looking to holiday together. We have wireless internet for those needing access whilst on holiday, as well as washing machine, tumble drier, dishwashers and all appliances to keep you happy while on holiday! For the kids we have games, DVDs as well as the heated pool for the winter months. The villa also has air-conditioning and central heating for the cooler months.

Accessibility
To benefit from the stunning views of the villa the main area is accessed up 2 flights of outside steps. We have had a couple of guests in wheelchairs who have managed, but if you are considering this option then call or e mail me for a better description.
Outside
The villa is 250m2 built on a plot of 1100m2. The pool is 8x4m and is heated according to your requirements (free). There is a covered terraced area where the table-tennis table is and further shady areas on the ground level. The main area around the pool is terraced, as well as the upstairs area off the lounge. To the side of the property is a large lawn area with a 14 ft round trampoline on it for the kids (big and small).
Coast/Beach
The easiest way to get to the beach is by the bus or in the car. We have an easy bus route that takes you from right outside the villa down to the markets, tivolli world, beaches or port in around 10 minutes. The award winning beaches in both Benalmadena and Fuengirola are also a 5-10 minute drive. Our favourite is Playa Bonita Beach which is a gently shelving beach great for the kids.

Travel
Nearest airport is Malaga, which is around 20 minutes away from the villa. We can recommend a company for collection and returns to and from the airport. Please note that the vehicles with the villa are collected from the villa, not the airport.

2 minute walk to Benalmadrena Pueblo. 5 minute drive to Beach. 5 minute drive to ports. 25 minutes to Marbella/Puerto Banus. 10 minute drive to Mijas. Regular markets on various days.
Further details
In close proximity to the villa we have a Carrefour Express, Mercadona and a Lidl. A 10 minute drive away is the large Myramar Centre in Fuengirola where you will find the Eroski Hypermarket, also an 'English' Iceland closeby and plenty of clothes and shoe shops, Zara, Mango etc.
Booking notes
We require a 25% deposit paid by transfer to our UK or Spanish account or by PAY-PAL, to reserve your dates. The balance is due 2 weeks before arrival along with a 250 pound breakage deposit. This is returned 1 week after you depart once checks have been made to the cars and the villa.
Please note. Drivers of the vehicles must be over 27 and hold a full drivers license.
