This villa is situated in the hills near the beautiful white village of Mijas Pueblo. The beach at Fuengirola is just a short drive away. The villa is situated on the westside of Mijas, Valtocado, with amazing peaceful view towards the coast and the surrounding mountains. This beautiful, spacious villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 en suite and a family bathroom and fully fitted kitchen several terraces both covered and open. Panoramic view from inside as well due to large windows in living room. Private large swimming pool surrounded by terraces and flowers. The villa has full air conditioning and is fully equipped with all the usual appliances inc. dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The spacious open terrace by the pool has a lovely shaded area, perfect for al fresco dining and is adjacent to the lounge. To the rear of the villa is a courtyard that is perfectly peaceful to enjoy that early morning coffee or just relax. An ideal location for visiting Marbella and Puerto Banús, just 35 minutes away.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and include a heated pool, air conditioning and welcome pack. The heated pool is optional at £100 per week during the winter months, September through to the end of April.
June prices have now been reduced to £1000 per week!
Changeover day
Normally Saturday, depart by 10.00 hours and arrivals after 15.00 hours. But please always contact us as there can be some flexibility.

The villa is cleaned before arrival and freshly laundered bedding and towels are provided. Please have your own towels for the pool. A linen change will be provided at the end of the 1st week if 2 weeks booked. Cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge. |

Outside
The pool is heated and is cleaned once a week. There are sunbeds including mattresses and outside chairs for 8 persons. Further dining area in the courtyard at the rear of the villa.
Coast/Beach
Coast and beaches are just 20 minutes away. That could be Los Boliches in Fuengirola (+ water park), Benalmadena (+ Tivoli and Sea Life centre) or down to La Cala, all are excellent. A little further there is Elveria and then Marbella and Puerto Banus.
Golf
Alhaurin Golf is just 5 minutes away. Whilst La Cala, Laura and Mijas Golf are just 10-15 minutes away.
Travel
Malaga, 30 minutes.
Gibraltar about 1.5 hours.
Car is recommended.

Further details
Supermarket shopping is in Fuengirola where there is a huge choice. Mijas Pueblo and Alhaurin el Grande both have great shops and restaurants. There is something for everyone in this area - the picturesque Andalucian village of Mijas has many charming shops and restaurants, perfect for that early evening stroll. Inland can be found the 'Real Spain' of breathtaking mountain views and many 'Ventas' - the typical Spanish restaurant. Lively Fuengirola is just 15 minutes away (8 km) and boasts many fine restaurants, water sports, beaches, a marina and an aquapark. Marbella with its marina and stylish shops is 30 minutes by car.
There are some beautiful areas around this part of the coast with the white village of Casares being about ?? minutes away. Gibraltar can provide a fascinating day out where you can combine a dolphin watching trip with a guided taxi tour. The famous natural, windsurfing beach of Tarifa in Costa de La Luz is just ?? minutes away and the interesting towns of Cadiz and Seville are all within day trip distance as is Morocco.Alternatively you can just relax by the pool or on the beach!
