Stunning views, set in Olive grove at rear and Almond grove in front. 50 minutes from Malaga Airport and 90 minutes from Granada Airport. Wireless internet access (bring your own Laptop etc).

Notes on prices
Prices are per week (7 nights) in UK Pounds. Please e-mail for short break pricing. Bookings for periods of 8 to 30 days will be charged Pro-rata.
Changeover day
To help you take advantage of the most convenient flights for you the changeover day is flexible. Access from 4pm onwards. Departure by 10.30am. However, this can be flexible depending on other bookings.

All towels and linen are provided (excluding beach and pool towels) linen and towels are changed weekly. The property is cleaned prior to arrival. The pool is cleaned weekly as a minimum. Please note, this is a non-smoking villa. |

Accessibility
One of the bedrooms is downstairs with an adjacent bathroom making it ideal for the elderly, except that there is a flight of steps up to the villa (with hand rail) from the parking area.
Outside
The pool is 7.1m x 3.5m with a maximum depth of 1.8m and minimum of 1m (all approximate). It has a seating area with jacuzzi jets. It has a removable fence to protect young children. Patio table and 4 chairs and 4 loungers are provided. There is a large sun terrace along with a covered terrace and patio area around the pool. All areas are gated. A charcoal BBQ is provided.
Coast/Beach
Torre Del Mar is about 20 minutes drive away. Nerja is about 35 minutes, and places like Almunecar and Salobrena are a bit further on. Wonderful picturesque coastal drives with many opportunities to stop and visit the beaches and beach cafes.
Golf
Nearest golf course is about 20 minutes drive away, in Caleta de Velez.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada is about 2 hours drive away.
Travel
Malaga is the nearest airport, about 45-50 minutes away by car. Car hire is essential, there are plenty at the airport. Granada airport is about 90 minutes away.
Distances
Puente don Manuel is 1km, Vinuela is 3km, Velez-Malaga is 15km, Torre del Mar is 18km and Nerja is 30km. Also Periana, Alcaucin and Los Romanes are nearby. Comares, Frigliana and Competa typical Spanish white villages are within easy driving distance. All distances are approximate.
Further details
A 15 mins drive brings you to El Ingenio, a large indoor shopping centre with hypermarket, various designer shops, bowling alley, cinema, water park and go kart track. There is also a large Thursday market in Torre del Mar. There is a cash machine in the nearby village of Vinuela. Also in Vinuela is a supermarket, butcher, chemist and very good Spanish restaurant.
Booking notes
Booking via email. £300 deposit at time of booking, which includes £150 non-returnable deposit plus a £150 security deposit which will be returned after your stay to cover any damage or excessive cleaning costs. Balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. If arrival within 8 weeks total amount on booking. Both can be paid by cheque, or directly into a UK bank account (details will be provided). This is a non-smoking villa.
