This recently built, air conditioned villa, is our family home and is maintained as such for you to enjoy. The main accommodation and swimming pool are on one level. There is a separate apartment below with its own lawned area.Sea and mountain views. A secluded property with perimeter wall.

The independent apartment is available separately during quiet periods, £30 single, £40 double per night.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally on a Saturday, check out before 10am. and arrival after 4pm. Other days can be arranged by appointment.

Kitchen: Country style kitchen with double sized cooker, 5 gas hob, American size fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and breakfast table.
Living Rooms: The lounge/dining-room has satellite TV, DVD and video. 7 seater dining table. 2 large sliding windows facing the sea. Inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove for those cooler Autumn and Winter evenings.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and bed linen are included and are changed weekly. There is a light clean every week.

All bedrooms, apartment and lounge/dining room are fully air-conditioned. The property is suitable for children of all ages.

Accessibility
The property is suitable for people with minor disability, but not suitable for wheelchair use.

Outside
The kidney shaped swimming pool is suitable for children, and can be illuminated in the evenings to add that little bit of sophistication to alfresco dining. The large terraces are equipped with adequate sun-loungers, drinks tables and Barbecue unit.

The lower lawned area is suitable for sunbathing and/or small games area. Planted garden areas (around the swimming pool) can also be illuminated when required

Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are in Fuengirola and are about a 10 minute drive.

Golf
Mijas Golf is the nearest course only a 10 minute drive. There are about 20 more courses within a 30 minute drive.

Travel
Malaga airport is 25 minutes by car/taxi. The port of Malaga is about a 35minute drive. Car hire is recommend but the property is on a local bus route to Fuengirola or Mijas.

Distances
The nearest village is Mijas approx 3km.The nearest town is Fuengirola approx 3km - this is a very good shopping area for all ages. The millionaire playground Marbella, with its designer shops is about 30 minutes by car/taxi or bus. The famous Rock of Gibraltar is now accessible by ‘toll road’ and this is now only about 50 minutes by car.

Further details
Fuengirola can now offer all the facilities of any major European town i.e. designer shops, water park, jet-skiing, para gliding, horse riding, cinemas, theatre, restaurants of all nationalities, go-karting and of coarse banks and supermarkets.

Booking notes
Bookings are only secured with a 25% deposit 8 weeks or more, before the holiday. Any booking within 8 weeks of the holiday must be paid for in full plus a £200 security deposit.
