This lovely ground floor apartment is only 5 minutes from the beach in the car. There is a flyover across the main road which takes you directly down to the beach and a lovely beach bar - Pepe's Beach. The apartment has a really modern fitted kitchen with all appliances and has a small terrace to the rear, adjoining the kitchen, for hanging out any washing. There is very large terrace on the other side of the apartment adjacent to the sitting room with lovely terrace furniture.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible but we prefer to avoid Sundays for fairly obvious reasons!
Accommodation

| Bathrooms: | En suite to Bedroom 1 with bath/shower over, bowl-type basin, WC and bidet. Main bathroom with shower cubicle, bowl-type basin and WC. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped with Bosch appliances, including ceramic hob, split-level oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and all the crockery and utensils you will need. |
| Utility Room: | There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer, ironing board/iron, vacuum and mop and bucket. |
| Other: | The apartment has air conditioning, which is also heating if you need it during the winter season. There are marble floors throughout, and roller shutters on all windows. |

Accessibility
There are a number of steps up to apartment from the gate but there is an underground garage with lift access directly to the front door of the apartment.
Outside
There is a lovely community pool surrounded by peaceful gardens in the centre of the complex. An ideal place to meet other families on holiday.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is only 5 mins by car. Estepona and its long stretch of sand and beachfront promenade is 10 mins west of Toscana Hills. San Pedro also has a long promenade with restaurants and cafes. However, there are numerous beach bars and beaches along this stretch of coast, so you can find the one that suits you.
Golf
The apartment is across the road from the beautiful Los Flamingos Golf course. There are many others nearby to suit whatever level of ability you are, including a pitch and putt type 9 hole course.
Travel
Our apartment is 45 mins from Malaga airport, and about the same from Gibraltar.
Distances
The village of Cancelada is very Spanish and just down the road two minutes from the apartment by car and has some excellent restaurants. Puerto Banus, made famous by the jet set, is just 10 minutes drive away with its variety of shops, restaurants and nightlife. You really do need a car, although you are very close to many small towns and amenities.
Booking notes
A provisional booking will be held for 5 days and a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the booking, with the balance being payable 4 weeks before the rental commences. In addition, we ask for a refundable deposit of £250, which will be held against any damages that may occur whilst you are staying in our apartment, and will be returned to you once we have checked it after your departure.
