The house is located 20 minutes drive inland from the towns of Denia and Javea, on the outskirts of the quiet rural town of Pedreguer. Situated at the head of the beautiful Orba valley famous for almond and orange groves, the house is on the side of a hill looking towards the sea and catches the evening breeze. The bustling port of Denia has miles of sandy beaches, a marina, and many restaurants. Further south, you will find Javea, with its old town, port and beautiful family friendly beaches. Casa no me Olvides is a 2-bedroomed town house furnished to a very high standard. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with a separate laundry area with a washing machine/tumble dryer.

Towels, tea towels and bed linen are included and changed weekly. The property is fully cleaned prior to arrival and we have a housekeeper service on call who can provide basic groceries in advance. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning (warm and cold) is available down stairs in the property. Oil filled radiators and an electric bar heater in the bathroom are available upstairs for the colder months.
No smoking is allowed inside the property.
Accessibility
Due to a number of steps, the property is not suitable for young children or those with walking difficulties.
Outside
There is a balcony off the main bedroom with a table and two chairs and views across the orange groves to the sea, with mountains on either side. The rear of the property has an enclosed patio with table and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, BBQ and views to the mountains. The front of the property has a patio/garden area with table & four chairs and access to the central pathway through the community to the shared pool. Access to the community is by a pedestrian gate (lockable); there is also a secure parking area.
Coast/Beach
20/25 minutes drive to Denia, Els Poblets and Javea beaches with miles of golden sand.
Golf
La Sella Championship golf course 15 mins drive. Oliva Nova Championship Golf Course 25 mins drive, together with courses at Atlea, Calpe and Javea, all within 35 mins drive.
Travel
Nearest airports are Alicante and Valencia, both approx one hour drive away via the coastal motorway AP-7. From Denia, there are ferries to the Balearic Islands.
Distances
Within 2km of Pedreguer, 10km to Denia or 12km to Javea or 4km into the mountainous interior to visit Pego.
Further details
Pedreguer has a wide aray of shops (including a supermarket), banks, bars and restaurants. Denia and Javea have many shops, banks, restaurants and bars.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Balance is payable by 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit of £150 is requested with the payment of your balance of rental and is refunded within 10 working days of your departure after the property has been cleaned/changed over.
