All the terraces enjoy fabulous views over the surrounding countryside and the sea. On the lower terrace you can relax with a glass of vino and watch the kids enjoying the large family pool. Alongside the townhouse is "Escuela de Arte Ecuestre" (Horse riding school) and Forest Hills tennis centre. Both of which offer family activities and great restaurants. 2 minutes away in the car or 15 minutes walking is the beach at Laguna Village designer shops, beach and beach bars. There are close to 30 golf courses within easy reach of the house. Perfect for that well deserved holiday in the sun.

Preferred changeover day is Saturday, but depending on availability and length of stay we can be flexible.

| Bedrooms: | The main bedroom has large double bed, Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds (with a 3rd bed if needed). Bedroom 1 and 2 have fitted wardrobes and all rooms have dressing tables and bedside tables. |
| Bathrooms: | Family bathroom with bath (with shower), wc, bidet, fitted wash basin and cupboards. There is also a separate wc with wash basin. |
| Kitchen: | Well fitted kitchen with gas/electric hob and oven. There is a large fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | Very spacious open plan living room and dining room which opens out onto one of the 3 terraces with an outdoor eating area. Inside there are 2 comfortable sofas and and a dining table for 6 people. sit back and relax Sky TV on the 42" widescreen TV. |

Unlikely to be suitable for wheelchair users as there are internal and external staircases.

There are good sized communal gardens, a large (good for swimming lengths) shared swimming pool. The property has it's own private garden and wonderful terraces from which the sun can be enjoyed all day.

The nearest beach is 15 minutes walk or 2 by car and is at Laguna Village.

There are some 40 golf courses within easy reach by car, the best known being.
Travel
Malaga airport takes 40 minutes by car. We would recommend car hire as the Costa del Sol and the white villages "pueblos blancos" are well worth exploring.

Shops, restuarants, bars, banks and all local amenities are available in Estepona which is 7 or 8 minutes away in the car.
