Year round sunshine, beautiful beaches and stunning golf course. This frontline apartment is perfect to enjoy all three. This is our luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor apartment on this newly completed Polaris resort, next door to a shared pool and situated only a few minutes walk to the town centre and stunning views of the Mar Menor and La Manga. There are children's play areas dotted around the resort. This new resort is close to the town of Sucina which has a direct road from the main motorway near the coast. Murcia is a fascinating region, historic Cartegena to the south and Murcia city only 25 minutes to the north, or take the scenic mountain road for stunning views. Or how about a glass bottomed boat trip from La Manga into the Mar Menor and out into the Mediterranean? Beaches on the Mar Menor offer warmer temperatures due to the shallowness of the water.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week / night in UK pounds. Minimum charge of 3 days. Discounts are available for 2 weeks or more. There is a mandatory exit clean charge of 70 euros (leave in apartment). Cot and high chair are no extra charge.

Coast/Beach

Golf
The Hacienda Riquelme golf course is one of 9 that form the Nicklaus Golf Trail, the full 18 holes has just opened in June 2008. Staying at one resort means you can play any of the others, they are all within a short drive. Also open now are Mar Menor, La Torre and El Valle courses.
Travel
Closest airport is Murcia (San Javier) only 15 minutes away.
Alicante is 1 hour away on excellent major roads.
Both airports have flights from most budget airlines including Ryanair, EasyJet, BMI Baby, Monarch, Jet2, ThomsonFly.

Further details
This new resort is close to the town of Sucina which has a direct road from the main motorway near the coast.
Now open is a supermarket on site only a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
For a wider choice there is a hypermarket close to San Pedro which is 15 minutes by car.
Opening inside the resort throughout 2008 will be further bars and restaurants, so we have a low rental price for the rest of the year because of this. But you can take a free shuttle bus to the other older Polaris resorts to enjoy these facilities.
Booking notes
Cleaning costs not included - €70 to be left in the apartment before you leave, also covers laundry.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking confirmation. A £100 security / damage deposit required (refunded within 2 weeks after the last date of rental except where costs have been incurred). Balance will be required 6 weeks before start of holiday. Bookings can be made by email or phone and your reservation will be confirmed as soon as we receive a completed booking form.
