New build bungalow, surrounded by orange trees. All comforts. 15 mins walk to the old town of Altea and the boulevard full of restaurants and outdoor cafes. In the morning you get your fresh croissants, 5 mins walk down the path. Altea Hills, 5 mins by car is the local golf course. Benidorm 15 km. Albir/Alfaz del Pi 7 km.

10 mins walk to the beach. One part is a stone/sand beach. There are outdoor cafes on the coastline. Charming, not overcrowded, real Spanish. All over the stone/sand beach you can walk to the boulevard of Altea.
Golf
Altea Hills, 5 mins by car is the local golf course.

Travel
45 km to Alicante Airport. 120 km to Valencia Airport.
It is also possible to travel by train from Alicante, via Benidorm, to Altea/Cap Negret.

“I can honestly say that I have never ever had such a relaxing holiday, true we didn’t venture much from the bungalow apart from the odd trip to the local shop (5 minutes walk) and to the supermarket (5-10 minutes drive), but that was after all the whole goal of the trip and boy did it deliver!
Facilities - wise there was everything we could have possibly needed; he even got to watch the grand prix (albeit in Spanish).
The pool was more than adequate to cool off in, have a little swim and of course spend hours of absolute peace drifting on the lilo.
The view of the sea was beautiful especially first thing in the morning and at full moon, and I shall desperately miss the seclusion and privacy the bungalow afforded 24/7.
