Accommodation is impeccably furnished and includes two bedrooms (one en suite), two bathrooms and sun terrace, and has a double bed / sofa in the living room. There is a swimming pool close to the apartment and seven on the complex. The apartment is an easy drive from Malaga and Gibraltar Airports, and 1km off the N340. Near to a beautiful sandy beach and within walking distance to the town of Sabinillas, a quaint Spanish town with plenty of bars and restaurants. There are plenty of golf courses in the area (Casares Golf 2 minutes, Duquesa 5 minutes, Estepona 10 minutes and Valderama 30 minutes). The property is 1km from th beach with a bar and restaurant on Casares playa and a local shop at the nearby garage. There is a taxi rank 1 km from the site. This is a prime location to visit most of the towns on the Costa Del Sol. There is private subterranean parking.

Changeover day
Any day can be changeover day. You will need to leave by 11.00 and not arrive till 3.00pm to allow for cleaning.

All towels, linen etc is included and will be available upon arrival. If staying over a week linen can be changed - payable locally. A basket of welcome food can be arranged. You can be met at the airport or locally. A hire car is recommended.

Outside
There is a private path that leads to a communal pool for Block2. This has a separate toddler pool and a main pool. There are full shower and toilet block facilities at this pool.

Coast/Beach
It is only one km to the beach downhill and on the beach there is a nice restaurant. There is an Esso garage at the bottom of the road that sells all the the staple food items you might require. There is even a taxi stand by the beach. However, this is hardly a town centre and you would in all probability want to hire a car. Walking back to the complex would be a challenge especially in the heat. Sabinillas is a mile further along the beach where there are many bars and restaurants.

Golf
The new Finca Cortesin 5 star golf course next door is now open. As is the Jack Nicklaus designed course across the road.

Travel
Malaga Airport is 40 mins drive away. A car is highly recommended and can be hired from the airport. Gibraltar airport is 30 minutes away.

Distances
Casares region and its coastal village Sabinillas, lies about 6km west of Estepona and 10km east of Sotogrande on the N 340. It is half-way between Marbella and Gibraltar. It is 1km inland from N340 km 146 - 147.

Further details
Sabinillas has a good collection of shops for everyday needs (including 3 supermarkets). High fashion and designer boutiques abound in Puerto Banus and Marbella (25/30mins). Open-air markets are extremely popular, most mornings. The best of them: Puerto Banus (Saturday): Sabinillas (Sunday morning): Estepona (Wednesday). Leisure Activities: The hanging village of Casares, perched on the side of a mountain, is a 20 mins drive away and shouldn't be missed. There are plenty of other places to visit, and for a days outing drive to a magnificent ancient city of Ronda about a 45 mins away plus the historic towns of Cadiz, Granada and Seville. The rock of Gibraltar can be reached within 30 mins, (a great day out with its duty free shopping - take your passport!). Driving south towards the Atlantic coast there is Tarifa, a surfers paradise and only 50 mins away. From here you can take the ferry to Morocco, a 45 mins crossing. For children there are the superb water parks at Mijas and Algerciras, the Tivoli Gardens at Benalmadena, the Selwo Safari park at nearby Estepona and the Funny Beach towards Fuengirola.

Booking notes
A non returnable deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking. Eight weeks before the start of your holiday the full rental becomes payable. A security deposit of £100 is also payable which will be refunded to you at the end of your holiday however the owners reserve the right to retain all or part of this in the event of damage to the property or its contents. Payments must be made in UK Pounds and can be made either by cheque or bankers draft, or by direct transfer.
